Not too happy

I went through three of these within 60 days.. thank god I’ve got them from Best Buy and that I’m a total tech member, as I’ve been able to get a set right in the spot unlike if you get them directly from Apple they will send them for repair leaving you with out your head phones for weeks.

The rubber material is more like a silky silicone, so the slightest ear oil produced will send these flying out of your ears. Sound is relative to the buds staying in-ear. This is where Beats have these buds beat. Beats stay on regardless.

Need Help with a Return

I purchased these for my son for his birthday which happens to be on Christmas Day. He missed placed one of his EarPods so I purchased these to replace them. Fortunately he found the one he lost so didn’t need the new ones. He returned them to Best Buy in Lakeland but they didn’t give him any money back. The return slip says that I will receive an email soon. He returned them on January 8th and I have not received any notice about this matter and can’t find any way to contact any one to get help with this matter. Not Happy! Alice Gatecliff
