Connection still randomly drops but generally really nice to use.

I recently purchased a pair of Apple AirPods Pro 2 from the BestBuy at 6025 E Broadway Blvd in Tucson, Arizona, taking advantage of what seemed to be a well-priced sale. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory, and it has revealed what I can only describe as unacceptable and deceptive practices by BestBuy. Upon attempting to add AppleCare+ directly through Apple, I encountered a roadblock: the Apple Store team informed me that the AirPods Pro 2 I’d just purchased were previously used. Moreover, the grace period for adding AppleCare had already expired. This was both shocking and disappointing, as I’d purchased what was advertised as a new product, and I was led to believe that I could manage my warranty options directly with Apple, as one would expect with any legitimate new purchase. To address the situation, I contacted BestBuy. Rather than offering a transparent solution or taking ownership of the misrepresentation, they suggested that I purchase AppleCare+ through BestBuy itself. This suggestion to spend more with them felt like a further affront, especially after being sold a product under misleading circumstances. As a consumer, I expect honesty and transparency from businesses, particularly a national retailer like BestBuy. To avoid others experiencing this same unfortunate situation, I will be filing a formal complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and my local Chamber of Commerce. In closing, I cannot in good conscience recommend this BestBuy location—or any company that would allow such practices to continue unchecked.

I like them I needed them bad so I can listen to music and be on the phone

Do not buy these headphones if you're expecting them to work long term. I bought these in November and in February/March they started charging only one side and by July they stopped charging altogether. It's passed the return window for Best Buy and my credit cards claim request window so I can't request a new pair. I will be looking outside of Apple products to get my next pair.

Same as the original AirPods pro, dose not have enough features or quality to justify the price difference between cheap airpods from other brands, it is the easiest to use on ios but not the best on sound or any other stuff.

These do not hold charge as stated. They also hurt your ears when put in and fall out. I like my older AirPods better!

I only wish that they come in different colors other than white.

Work as expected. Using smallest tip and still has trouble fitting securely in ears.

This is good if you are using iphone to best sync up the tech

I bought Apples new airpods pro online at bestbuy.com. The charger didn't work and apparently because it was marketplace order online I had to contact a third party ti get a new charger. Abbot 4 weeks later one of the pods randomly broke. I went to the Apple Store to repair it, and was told by the genius bar thst it was not an Apple airpod, not genuine but a phony imitation!!! I messaged bestbuy about this through the app and its been a week with no response!!! Beware!!

Had some problems connecting after a year overall they worked alright

Good buds, but make sure to call Apple to have them forward the latest update so the pods will ring while you ate wearing them. Seems to be a no-brainer but it clearly isn't.

I tried all the ear bud sizes and they are either to loose or to tight and they fall out of my ears . I had the old ones with no rubber on the ear piece and those stuck in my ear remember them with the cord attached to them

The noise cancellation is the best. Sound is really good and the direct ear tips are great to find the right fit.

I bought these for a friend and he uses them daily.

Battery life isn’t that good other than that they are pretty good
