There is so much hype about these buds, one would think they are the best thing since sliced bread. I guess standards and expectations are low. The sound quality is tinny, and they don't stay put in my ears. For the price and hype I expected much more than these buds have to offer. Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra blows the Air Pods out of the water when it comes to sound quality. No comparison. Problem is the Bose buds will not stay in my ears which is why I am trying every brand I can get my hands on. Bottom line: If you are a discerning listener of music, look elsewhere.

Pretty good sound quality but I find it that sometimes I leave the AirPods in the case and the case will be full charged but the AirPods them self won’t charge regardless of how long left in the case seems to have connection problems when in the case second pair I’ve had like this

Purchased airPods for my husband as a Christmas gift. Its now two months later and he’s having a hard time charging them. The cord will not stay connected. Disappointed especially since we have purchase this product before.

Great sound and NC but battery life isn’t for me. I like longer battery life pods. These only last 5 hours or less and for this price range it’s way below my expectations.

My order was missing silicone ear tips. Neither Best Buy customer service or the local store were able to help me.

Not what I expected. the older generation is better in my opinion.

The 1-star review may only apply to certain people. Active noise canceling, which is the major feature of these earbuds unfortunately makes me severely nauseous. This is not Apples fault as it appears I fall into a small group of people that just can't use these technology. Without the NC on they sounded good but not really any better than the AirPods 3 I was using before. With NC on they audio sounded so much clearing and if it didn't make me sick would have been my primary way to enjoy music. Sadly I had to return them.

Works great but don’t go running with it or be on a phone call, the moving of the mouth from talking or laughing loses the seal and so does physical activities so unless your sitting still or just not doing much they’re great

They sound like the speaks are cracked inside in both AirPods

These are cool, I guess. They function as listed. They static too much for me. And people still struggle to hear you at times even thought they are adaptive.

AirPods only seem to last around a year. Do not last as long as they used to. Very disappointing

This is a heads up for anyone purchasing online for delivery via roadie. Your item will get stolen. Store pick up only. My experience was I purchased this product on the app on sale and it was scheduled to be delivered to my house via roadie delivery the next day. Randomly the delivery was cancelled (no reason provided) then I got an update that it was gonna get shipped to me and I had to wait 2 whole weeks and stull nothing. I contacted support snd they said that I had to re-purchase the item (now full price since the sale was over now) since roadie cancelled my delivery. Why am I being penalized because roadie cancelled my delivery. I fought tooth and nail until they agreed to refund me my money and have me re order at the sale price. I truly believe the roadie delivery person stole my item and “cancelled my delivery”

These hurt my ears so bad, that I had to return them. Yet they still get two stars because of how good the quality was. Maybe the next gen will work with all ears

Does not stay in ears well no matter the insert used.

Compared to the first gen airpods these do not fit well at all no matter which size I use. Also uncomfortable

They are fine just that to be able to cancel the noise you have to have the 2 headphones on and it doesn't allow you to be alert around you with the 2 headphones on it would be great if you could cancel the noise with one

Apple does an amazing job making pairing and the music experience great. However, After trying every eartip, the ear buds just did not stay in place for me.

I gave these AirPod pros a try. They are uncomfortable and the noise canceling really isn’t stellar. I decided I hate AirPods.

Product is well made however in my particular case I could not get comfortable with the fit and returned the product. Given that this was my first pair of ear buds it is my fault rather than something being wrong with the product.

Can’t give a review just yet. Purchased for my daughter for Christmas however, she’ll be here after Christmas. I’ll get a review from her at that time. The stars I gave are temporary. Will return to give a real review
