THESE ARE HOT GARBAGE. Leaning too far on brand loyalty and group following! First…I love Apple. Have had their music products since 2001. Disappointed with fit…I watch all the you tube videos, tried all the tricks…won’t stay in place. The earpieces don’t go deep enough and won’t stay in your ear canal. Very uncomfortable, trying to get them to fit in a little bit of sweat makes them fall out.

After a couple years of using my first generation AirPod Pros, I accidentally put them in the washer and ruined them. Replaced them with these Gen 2s and have been disappointed. They always lose connection with my phone at the gym and it drives me insane. Never had that problem with my old pair.

The adaptation function is annoying. Unintentional sounds interrupt listening

The sound is good but the microphone works bad. It’s sounds like if I was so far with a robotic voice.

After buying other open box items from Best Buy, I made the mistake of ordering these the same way. I chose the "Like New" option which usually means that the package was opened, but the product was never used and returned to the store. What I received this time was two possibly new or refurbished earbuds in a very scratched up case without any of the original packaging. These went straight back to the store for a return. If I wanted to buy a used item I would have bought the refurb option for a much cheaper price.

Nice airpods but i would still prefer the previous generation.

Have had 2 pairs of these and they always get blown out with excessive sweat from working out but now I have workout ear buds that aren’t airpods

I recently upgraded my airpods to 2nd gen and I had them for a week and every single phone call I made or received i sounded like a robot or the person I was talking to sounded like a robot. I honestly don’t recommend them. I have apple everything but this is definitely something I wont have. Try Soundcore Liberty 4 NC instead. Its cheaper and sounds way better. Don’t believe the hype.

I have had the pro pods less than six months and the right ear started making a scratching noise. One week later the right ear went out. Best buys sent them to Apple and ten business days later I received them and had the same issue. I have apple care and the best buys pro plan. Best Buys initially wanted to charge me 79.00 and asked if i had apple care. Yes response and then wanted to charge 29. I refused because i felt they are still under warranty. Best buys says apple should pay. Apple says best buys should handle.. so im stuck with what they now think is a case issue that may be ( contacts inside case)… just plan wrong and poor customer service on both sides.. your thoughts…will not buy from them again unless they replace for free.

Works as promised. Their earbuds, so they do what they're supposed to do.

Purchased for my husband that uses hearing aides. One of his hearing aides was out for repair so I gave him these. Unfortunately they did not work well for him. The volume was muffeled and he could not hear any better when they were in than when they were out of his ear. Disappointed both of us.

I usually wear them at work. I work twelve hrs usually they only last me bout 6 hes before the battery dies. My beats are way better when it comes to batter life

Unfortunately, these AirPods that I paid $236.07, in March, 2024, were a waste of money. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. They were very expensive and they are constantly falling out of my daughter’s ears. Best Buy should not sell a product that is SO EXPENSIVE and doesn’t do its job. I DO NOT recommend this product.

Another over priced apple product, good market mediocre product.

I decided to try these air pods which are touted as a much better product than the original air pods, but I don't like the design of these at all. They constantly fall out of my ears, the sound is no better, they don't connect with bluetooth easily, and they don't hold a charge any better than the original air pods that I have. I will be ordering new air pods like the original.

Slips out of my ear. Not too comfortable after 1 hour. Starts to hurt ears. ANC is amazing though and switching them with the stem controls is easy.

Worked great until 2 weeks after the warranty period expired. Now they are dead and unusable. Apple will not help me. I'm all done with Apple now. I will also say that I was very careful in caring for this hardware. It should not have failed.
