Didn’t fit my ear. The ear buds are too much broad and this makes it difficult for AirPods to hold inside my ears.

i got these because i heard of great reviews, but for me it was terrible. it falls off and the audio in calls were not clear.

Muffled sound. Very disappointed with these expensive earbuds.

The ear cover snot fit perfect , easy to drop when shaking or moving alot.

Pretty good but don’t connect as good as the ones I bought from T Mobile

I was hoping for more I think Bose and clutch definitely have this market locked. These were not as impressive as I’d hoped.

Bestbuy would not honor a price match from the BestBuy app. I purchased 4 AirPod Pro 2 and the offshore representative verified the price difference then told me that he could not honor price. I was well within the 14 day period.

For the price the sound quality is subpar. I hate how you are forced to buy apple products because they secretly sabotage other brands. For example i have jbls and sonys and they connected fine to iphone in the beginning, but after a few months other brand would frequently disconnect, I suspect apple does this deliberately just like they deliberately drained your battery to force you to buy a new phone apple forces you to buy their earpods

I returned this item because it keeps on disconnecting the connectivity to my iPhone, even my phone is with me while listening to podcast. I have an Airpods pro also and the connectivity is very good up to 100+yard, I just want to get a second Airpods since the battery of my old Airpod is getting shorter. This Airpods is Disappointing.

It is great but, one piece stops charging like only one piece will charge was same with my old airpods

The ear bud slips from my ears and has fallen several times on the street

My original purchase resulted in an “open box” that was not new and did not function correctly. I returned the defective AirPod pro2 and received a sealed product that has been working as advertised. I’m very pleased with the “second” pair of AirPods.

Great sound. Uncomfortable for my ears. Ended up returning for a step down.

Poor design. Why do Apple tech engineers keep designing things so that one can easily lose them if not to force you to buy another overpriced tech toy from Apple. These airpods are not made ears with small ear canals.. so they're easy to lose because they don't fit properly

Don’t hold inside of my ears. It doesn’t matter what tips I use.

I hope it lasts longer than the regular the 3 generation ones because the others are made of lower quality and only lasted a year.

It's hard to review a product that can't get delivered to me. Here we are on December 10th. My Airpods were supposed to arrive on 11/22/22. Don't get me wrong, I have owned more than one pair of these and they are great. I'm just getting a little frustrated with the customer service at the moment. I will start by saying, I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE PRIOR TO THIS. I always received my products in a timely manner and was very satisfied with everything. Now I'm sure this is not Best Buys fault. Probably just somebody stealing something at FedEx. But, that still doesn't put the Airpods that I have paid for in my hands. Do better Best Buy!!! It clearly states on my delivery, "Delayed". This is not my problem, this is an error in your delivery service. You should be going out of your way to deliver me another set of Airpods while you and FedEx figure out what happened to the original order. Highly dissatisfied at this moment

Best Buy sucks. I had the worst experience when they delivered the wrong item, I spent hours on the phone and went down to the store TWICE, but no one could help me. Buyers BEWARE do not buy anything from best buy. You can end up losing a lot of money its not worth it!!!

Apple products are apple products, what more can be said, amirite?
