Right AirPod stopped charging after 1 year

Tried to get them to respond (as indicated in the delivery app) but no response at all from them. wasn’t delivered the product. Was also rejected for a refund and not informed and had to call back and try again. Also tried to get a replacement and they cancelled that order.

Deceiving info and poor customer service

They charged me for Excellent condition open box and sent me good condition product. If i wanted good condition I would have paid less but now i feel like i have been deceived and charged for excellent condition and received good condition when their is obvious difference in quality and price. I called customer service and they refused to credit me back the difference. Their only option is return it and order again. Well i purchased this for a gift and now I don’t have time or the same deal available. Poor customer service
