Worked for less than a year then volume went out on left side

Bad buy for me it keep cotton in and out I really can’t use it

Theyre horrible. Dont work properly. WILL stay connected even inside the charging air pod case. Loses battery quick like this. Wont dock properly. Upsetting.

They absolutely do not stay in my ears. I can shake my head a little or alot, it doesn't matter. These earbuds will become dislodged eventually.

TRASH, it seems as if Apple set these up to start FAILING, and sounding like pure TRASH right when the return time window is up?!

Tried all the ear adapters and they still fall out of my ears when i use them for physical work

Already cutting in and out getting loud then quiet. Had them a little over 3 months

Ordered this for a Christmas gift. I’m a Total Rewards member so scheduled for delivery. I waited at home all day on delivery date but AirPods were never delivered. I received a text that I cancelled my order which I did not do. I paid for this with my rewards which I still have not received back. I would give0 stars if possible. Worst service ever and ruined giving this for Christmas!!!!!

Poor quality, Best Buy it’s self couldn’t verify authenticity.

Bought and had to exchange 1st as they did not work properly, then had to return 2nd ones due to the find my would not work.

They die fast Connectivity is not great They constantly fall out, bending , running, etc.

Didn’t hold a charge long. The case isn’t able to be plugged into the adapter

It is making some weird noises. I don't know why or where they're coming from, but it's definitely a mix of a terrible and a good experience. When everything is working well, it's all good, but then it starts making strange sounds. It doesn't happen often, just now and then.

I am experiencing static noise and I have bought them recently. This happened with my older one as well after certain months i could hear static noise and it is irritating.

I accidentally bought refurbished online so I returned three pairs that were supposed to be brand new but one pair was clearly scratched and used as my boyfriend tried to set up on his phone they clearly are showing as already paired by another email and user so I will be returning them this week.

I have been buying this item for less than a month. The noise cancellation does not work well. They do not allow me to exchange it because the return window has closed and they do not offer a proper solution either.

The AirPods came damaged and looked heavily used, had to use AppleCare + to have a refund

Not product. The seller did horrible job. Still not arrived. The worst!

Best Buy delivery left my package outside of my apartment building on a busy downtown street and I never recieved it. They have refused to refund/re-deliver the package despite the many hours I've spent with their customer support team.

Item was pronounced fake at Apple Store, counterfeit, Shame on Best Buy
