No noise cancellation Not really worthy , I already have one but I got this coz it has noise cancellation , it’s not working as advertised or expected

The product is great. However the store apparently undercharged me and then decided to charge my card for more money a couple weeks later, citing a technical mistake. Ironic right? A company that sells tech made a technical error lol. And rather than absorbing the loss from their mistake, charged me more. Shady.

This is my 3rd pair - yes, I know why on earth buy the same product over and over but these barely last 6 months before they start dying no matter if I clean them, resync them. They are a terrible product - DO NOT BUY even if they are the cheaper ones.

They were perfect the 1st month but now when I make or receive calls the sound doesn’t work

Not a review about the AirPods, but a review on BestBuy. They claim the AirPods were sent to my house but they never arrived. So now I am out $200 and they will not refund nor replace the order. I would recommend buying AirPods from a different company.

Best buy send me wrong item. They supposed to send excellent condition but the send fair condition. Best buy did not help to resolve the issue also they didnt send return label & pickup schedule

Did not receive package. Contacted customer service, and did nothing to help and refused a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY.

The airpods don't work well. Even if you are alone in your house and you want to make a call or send a voice note, the audio quality is very poor. I bought this airpods 3 weeks ago and Best buy does not want to help me. I think best buy sells used products as new products (and I paid full price, i mean, NEW PRODUCT, NOT open box)

Stopped working within less than a month of me having them!! Then when I tried to get them fixed they said the price would be $150 the same price I payed for them

I bought airpods pro because my last airpods got lost and not even a month the airpods I got dont hold a charge and they disconnect a lot from my phone and whenever i try to connect them back they just wont connect paid $200 for something that does not work i dont think i should have to pay to get it fix

I tried everything to get these Airpods to stay put. Didn't matter what size I used, bend my head down, tilt it sideways and they popped out. Wasn't going to spend more to get a different fit so returned them.

Easy to pair and set up. Long battery life, fits well in my ears. Sounds great for listening to music

The headphones had a scratchy loud sound. I don’t know if I got like a bad badge or what but they are dysfunctional.

It would not work for me. The employee could not get it to work. Very disappointed with the product.

The AirPods case makes noise when moving. I complained about that and they told me that I could return it within 60 60-day time period. But when I returned it to them they didn't accept that cause 60 days only for Best Buy members which they didn't mention to me earlier. It's a scam.

Product is good, but stopped working in 2 months and the worst thing is no international warranty. I faced issue in india and the us guys told me to visit usa for the warranty claim and it cannot be covered outside of usa.
