As available customer I never regret the fact that I was with Best Buy. Product are durable and always on good standard. If in the future I would like to recommend a great store I will definitely refer someone to Best Buy.

I have always used cheaper ear buds, and decided to purchase the AirPods Pro 2 to see what the hype is, and I will say they do not disappoint.

I love my new improved AirPods Pro. They are a lot more comfortable than the original AirPods and stay in easier.

I am very satisfied. They sound great. They pair with my devices effortlessly. They fit my ears well. The noise canceling is pretty good.

They work great and have unique features when paired with Apple products. Otherwise, as just bluetooth headphones, they're okay. I wish there was a little more bass though. Noise cancellation and transparency modes are good.

After using Sony Bud Link S for a while, I wanted to swap over to something that had a bit more reliability and these definitely worked out. The connection is great with no hiccups. You can actually feel some bass and there's a bit more clarity with some songs, especially if you play music via the iPhone Music app with lossless audio. The touch controls are easy to use. The wireless charging is awesome! Love the little tone that comes out of it as well.

This is great; they work well with my Apple devices, and I love all I can do with them.

Seems lighter, more comfortable and much better sound quality. Also love the feature of automatic lowering of volume by external sounds.

Noise cancelling feature is not as robust as the Bose ear pieces, but Apple AirPods are more secure in my ears

Really good. The music sounds very good when I use these. They now have more earbud sizes available for comfort.

Love the AirPod pros 2nd gen they sound amazing I came in and took maybe 5 minutes to walk back out of the store with them could not be more happy.

Good sound quality, fantastic noise cancellation, and works well with windows pc. I use them for personal and work. I connect seamlessly to Teams and then easily back to my iPhone. I would definitely try on each tip to see which fits better. That is key for quality and comfort.

The AirPods Pro 2 truly exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. The upgraded active noise cancellation is phenomenal, effectively silencing background noise even in busy environments like cafes or public transport. Transparency mode is equally impressive, seamlessly letting in ambient sound when needed.
