Basically better noise cancellation, adaptive cancellation feature, longer battery life, find my case, these are all pros (ha). Only con is that sometimes if you look down while talking you can hear feedback which is weird but oh well

When I entered into this Best Buy location, I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and asked did I need assistance in finding whatever I needed. I thought that was a great touch to my shopping experience. It was a friendly gesture that really goes a long way. I was immediately shown were to go for my AirPod Pros and was out of the store in less than 5 mins. I’m in absolute love with my pods. The sound cancellation and the concert vibes the AirPod pros provide is amazing

This is my 4th pair of AirPod Pro's. They withstand everything, including the washing machine. They seamlessly sync to your devices and require very little maintenance.

Noise cancelling is amazing for buds. Go to name for a reason with these. Microphone arent as good as the gen 2s though, less crispy on the other end for business type use. Music is well balanced.

They are comfortable and sound is very clear. Replaced older ones but these are still the best and long lasting.

Effortless connection (between all of my apple products), great clear quality sound, and especially helpful hearing aid. Enjoy listening to music from lower level without carrying the device stationed upper level in the house. Bought extra 2 for family members.

I wanted to upgrade my headphones and I love these! I did get them while they were on sale but now know how great they are I’d be willing to get them if there wasn’t ever a sale for them. Super comfortable

The ear buds have great sounds and the fit of the ear buds in the ear are great and comfortable.

I jumped from the original AirPods Pro 1s from back in the day to these newly refreshed Pro 2s with the USB-C port. Right off the bat, I noticed that these have a fuller sound with improved treble and deeper bass. No, you can tell that Bluetooth audio from the AirPods will never sound as good as wired IEMs or over the ear open back headphones but the AirPods Pro 2s are noticeably better to the point that they are now perfect for music "enjoyment". For more critical listening, I will stick with my Sennheiser HD 600s or my Hifiman Anandas.
