I appreciate his honest feedback. Best Buy is my go to for all electronics as well as my boyfriend! They never disappoint. He absolutely loves the headphones and quality.

The AirPods are amazing is shutting out external noise. The price is got this at Best Buy could not be beat anywhere else and the fact that I get free apple care as a member makes it even more worthwhile! Best Buy always has the best deals and it’s always my go to store.

Wish the battery lasted longer but that's more of a convenience since it doesn't affect my usage pattern. It was easy to setup to use a hearing aid. The Transparency is great!

“It got better”

I loved them so I replace them with a new pair. I like the features that the new version has. One is the volume level drops when you are talking to some one, then goes back to its original level when you stop. It also fits better. Maybe it’s me.

Pro 2s fall out after a while no matter what size ear bud I use.the sound is average at best also.
