These Airpods have been very dependable and high performing. Love the noise cancelling but would like noise cancelling to be a little more cancelling but it does help exclude external noises and sound quality is great.

Had the 1.0 pro model and loved them but needed to upgrade. Upgraded to the 2.0 model and love the small but mighty changes. Better bass better transparency and noise cancellation. Also really love the conversation awareness that was added with the 2.0 model!

Got them on sale for a good price. I personally wouldn’t bother getting the regular AirPods (I’ve had both), these have better features and a better fit.

Perfect volume, extremely comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The quality exceeds expectations, making it a great value for the price.

[Employee of bestbuy] I had the previous version of the pros and this version is so much better. I love the fact you can adjust the volume on the stem. I also love the XS silicone tips. The reproduction of bass is phenomenally better. I will recommend these highly.

Much better than all other Apple earbuds. But, not as good as other brands at same price point. ANC is decent. Microphone is really good for calls. I purchased different ear tips. The silicone was not great at noise cancelling. They should come with better ear tips

Sound second to none. For the longest time, I denied that there could be that much a difference in quality. My youngest son proved me wrong. If you want top notch sound and sound cancellation, you can't go wrong with these. They are a bit spendy, but you really do get what you pay for with these.

I love my airpods snd use them daily.. I bought a black case to place them in and for them to be protected more but even when i have dropped the case or dropped one of the airpods they just keep on going and working just great.. I also like how quickly they charge.

Had them for 8 months and they still work like a charm, customer service was very helpful as well 100% recommend Slight con is that they fall out your ear after about 40 min but there’s other sizes it comes with you can adjust to

Excellent sound quality, excellent noise canceling. Terrific little piece of technology. My only complaint - even with the extra small tips, they are still too big, have fallen out of my ears several times. I do have small ears, so wasn’t really surprised.

The AirPod Pro 2s are overall very nice, and the controls available make it very flexible for multiple purposes, including as a hearing aid for some people. Do note that they pick up a lot of wind noise when you are outside, and there’s no filter to remove it in transparency or adaptive modes. There really should be. If you buy an open box set, as I did, beware: the medium tips that should be pre- installed on the earbuds were missing. When I went to my local Best Buy to get those missing tips, they discovered the same issue with their other open-box versions. It seems as if these tips are being removed during the process to resell them. And of course Best Buy doesn’t carry these tips and so can’t address the issue. Because exchanging my set for another open box would have the same result, I just went elsewhere to buy the missing tips. It was still less expensive than getting a brand-new set, but that may not be true in your case based on the open box price,
