The Pro 2's are great. My issue is with Best Buy's tactics. I purchased the Open Box item in "Excellent" condition. The product I received did not meet that standard in my opinion. As I was working to take off the 8,328 stickers they put on the box, it was clear WHY they didn't appear to meet the standard. They had re-packaged these and just sold them as a higher level than advertised without removing the previous sticker first. Disappointing and easily avoidable.

I bought them a couple of weeks ago for my birthday, and I was honestly shocked by the quality. I love the feature where the volume lowers automatically when you start speaking—it makes conversations so much easier!

They sound good and the ease of use with other Apple products is really why you should get these. There are better ear buds but the ease of use on these is unmatched

This being my second pair, I them as a necessity in my corporate world. The noise cancelling feature helps me at crucial times.

I bought these as backup for my regular hearing aids. They surprised me. They actually work well as hearing aids of course not quite as well as the really expensive ones but close. I figured if they didn’t work as aides at least I’d have some nice ear pods. It’s a win win. The battery life could be improved it’s only about 6 hours.

Great base on them, then transparency part is fire while I can hear my music so can I everyone els around me, then noise cancellation is crazy cant hear a thing vary nice ear buds!

Love them. They don’t fall out. I have small ears so most pods fall out when I move around.

Awesome sounds and features over the First version, one con would be that uncomfortable feeling they have on my ears after prolonged use. The new feature of having conversations and having the buds lower volume is convenient but singing songs can cause it to activate the feature

The delivery was too fast. The same day i orderd the AirPods, arrived. And the AirPods nothing much to day. Them hace a great sound and the noice cancelling is incredible
