This is the representative who handled it over phone and shipped a replacement he stated for us to send in the Walmart  one we received which shows ot was received by you guys already showing proof of the item we got which was NOT best buy airpods and we clearly know Best Buy does not have Walmart  merchandise. I've talked to 3 representatives over phone since after him because kept saying it was preparing for pickup at a Highland store because I feared this would happen again so requested for it to be picked up by ME. Now I have paid for some airpords  we never got instead were stolen or switched during shipping them. These are a Christmas  gift for our daughter. I understand  and realize the reason for an investigation  but we have done everything  we were asked to do in order to receive our airpods for our daughter before c and we still have NO airpods but paid for these. Please please something  has to be done this is stressful  and very upset as we have purchased other items for our kids for Christmas  from best buy and we receeived those items through delivery ordered airpods and this happens.

Unfortunately, the product packaging was not in good condition when it was delivered.

These apple airpro 2 are not worth the money spent. They don’t work when trying to connect to Siri nor do they work to hear nor speak when on phone calls. Either the microphones don’t work or they have a Bluetooth issue. It may be that they are not authentic apple products.

Not giving the Airpods Pro a bad review, just the extremely bad purchase experience at Best Buy in Nampa, ID. Had set up the purchase online with a $45 trade-in for the original Airpods Pro. When I arrived at the store for pickup, the service person would not honor the trade-in, said he would go $29 max for the original Airpod Pros. He was very unprofessional, pawing over the trade-in items and stating their value wasn't worth $45, making imaginary claims of scratches on the case, which had been in an "Armored" protective case since day of purchase. Recommend anyone wanting to do business with Best Buy in the Treasure Valley area to head to over to Boise, ID

This worked correctly for one day. The very next day, it started cutting out with audio and experiencing connection issues.

I bought these to accommodate my documented hearing loss and these were unable to quantify my hearing loss in order to assist with the loss. My hearing loss may be too much for the system.

Item was fake. I bought two airpods but When i opened the other box, the sticker was tampered and the airpods has no protective plastic cover, no charger and there was even hair! I tried to return the same day that I receive the package, but bestbuy didnt accept it and told me to start a return process through mail, which I did. Now, i got an email that they will return the item to me because it doesnt have the serial number. The same reason why I am returning the item to best buy because there is no way that I will pay for something like this! Do something about it!
