This product came to me broken, I waited 3 weeks for this product to arrive and when it arrived it was broken I tried to go to the store to exchange it and they wouldn’t let me so now I have to wait another 3 weeks if I buy another pair I’m very disappointed in this service

The fit isn’t that great for me I tried all the fittings and it still falls out my ear and sometimes disconnects mid conversation. Then they don’t stay charged long for as much as they cost. I don’t get 6 hours out of a charge.

Not as good as they used to be and very overrated for the price and they now use US-C ports so you’d have to buy new chargers and everything if you have an Apple phone but I mean they’re still average but I would invest in smth else unless you really want these

Average sound quality, frequent distortions observed, and not so great noise cancellation. Also, surprisingly it disconnects abruptly when in use with my iPhone. Believe it’s just with my AirPods, cause my friends don’t experience distortions or connectivity issues with their AirPods. Maybe I just have a faulty piece.

The item was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Best Buy 6 different times and was told I wont be able to get a refund. Then they said it would be be redelivered or I would be able to pick up the item at a selected location. I waited nearly two weeks for the location to have the item, and then like magic, I received an email my order was canceled.

I was sent fake AirPod Pros. The box is a replica (note misspellings of iOS). The box, charging case, and connected device all contained different serial numbers that register different purchasing dates. The 'AirPods' also have a buzzing sound. Do not buy from this seller.
