Sounds great, nice additional features with settings app, just works. I use for working out, biking, travel and am very satisfied. I do use with iPhone so no idea about compatibility with others. I have left it in gym bag and gone to gym several times forgetting to charge, and it simply keeps going for a reasonable amount of time. Especially since the case holds a decent charge

Love these. The sound is super clear, the noise cancellation is way better than I expected, and they’re really comfortable for long use. I especially like the new hearing‑enhancement feature....it actually helps in busy places without feeling weird or artificial. Battery life is solid, and they connect instantly with my devices. Overall, they’re pricey but totally worth it if you want great sound and convenience in one small package.

The AirPods Pro 2 are a big step up. Noise cancellation is amazing, sound is crisp and clear, and the fit is super comfortable. They work seamlessly with Apple devices, and the new USB-C case is a nice bonus. Great for music, calls, or just tuning out the world. Worth it.

It’s actually very high quality sound, it feels nice in your ears, and the noise cancellation is premium. I was on an airplane and the jets were loud so I put these in and I couldn’t hear a single thing, and there was no audio playing from a device, just noise cancellation.

The sound quality is amazing. The noise cancellation and transparency mode do a great job balancing the noise around you. Change the silicone ear pieces if you think they’re too small or big to have a comfortable fit. Don’t have problems with them feeling like they’re going to fall out my ears.

These have the most comfortable earbuds that I have use. I'm not worried like the others that I have had in the past. These fill snugs and at my age also help me to hear people better.

For the longest time, I was hesitant on upgrading from my air pods gen 1 but after they finally gave out on me after so many years, I finally got the pros. It comes with different sizes of the silicone pieces so you can tailor it to your preference. I first tried them when I was on a 6hr flight and was so pleasantly surprised by the noise cancellation. It was very quiet and peaceful and I was additionally surprised by how crisp the sound of the video I was watching. TLDR: GET ITT

I was not expecting such quality product, but it exceeded my expectations. There are so many people in my house. I just put the noise canceling. It just gives me peace of mind and I can do more on my laptop. Magical AirPods.

Solid device, it picks up what you're listening to automatically without needing to connect. The best thing about this is the noise cancelling that it has just by putting them on, the audio around you without any music playing automatically gets reduced. I don't like that they got rid of the double tap feature that the first generation had (now you have to do this weird tap thing which isn't as intuitive). The soft ear case nubs are good, but they do fall out of my ear (I originally tried the default size and switched to large, I think I'll have to go back to the default size.)

This is my second AirPod Pro after having the 1st generation since they debuted. These are even better than the first for overall sound quality, noise cancellation, and fit. I switch out the Apple tips for a memory foam set but other than that, I highly recommend.

It is definitely a great improvement from the 1st gen. I like the new hand gestures which you can adjust the volume, and the noise canceling and transparent mode works better. The new case is great too as it has a speaker, which can give you notification sounds for charging and when the battery is low.

It was a very good AirPods it’s perfect for me, I use it every day at work and it fits perfectly in my ears and the sound quality and battery life is great.

I bought these for my girlfriend and she loves them, says they are almost better than anything else she’s had, the fit is perfect and the buds don’t fall out but she says the noise cancelling could be better but the battery life, sound quality, ease of connection, and fit more than make up for noise cancelation

This is a nice version of air pods by Apple. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with Best Buy’s online chat customer service. Initially, I bought this from BB’s BF deals. A couple of days after I picked these up from our local BB I saw that two other competitors (Target and Amazon) had a lower price for these same Air Pods Pro 2. I tried to do a price match thru the BB app, but it kept telling me they couldn’t verify it. So, I tried the chat option. I told the rep that I saw a lower price and would like a price match. The rep told me they couldn’t price match. I insisted that I have a screen shot and the link of the item from Amazon. However, she insisted they couldn’t price match. She said it’s their policy. I got upset because I know BB does price match. Oh well. I decided to return this item back to our local BB store and buy the lower priced one from Amazon. When I returned this, the associate from our local BB store said I should’ve been given a price match. It’s just a frustrating experience overall. Who knows, maybe the online chat customer service rep wasn’t knowledgeable at all and still needed some extra training. But, BB needs to get their policies straightforward so their customer service reps aren’t giving contradicting answers. I have the chat log too if anyone from BB wants to contact me.
