Pretty complete package tbh

The only complaint is that I feel like it's difficult to put them back in the case without them slipping around... maybe it's me but I've already dropped them while trying to put them back into the case... Otherwise love this thing

Tough Ride

But in the end (11 days after i bought them) South Lake City Best Buy support team came through. Super glad I have them now!
