I love the AirPods but a couple things I dislike is that the volume can’t go up more and how long it takes the device to recognize when you are having a conversation with someone . The conversation awareness is not good . In addition to that it starts the music back way too soon in mid convo . With how good technology is now I would imagine they would have done a better job with this .

One of my best purchases. I use them for almost everything. Working out, work, listening to books etc..

air prods pro is good and service provided by best buy is good too. I purchased apple care + after few days of purchase and when I went to store to add it it was quick and immediately reflected same in my phone. Coming to Air pods pro bass quality is not that good but call quality is awesome. I have purchased multiple items at Best buy Brandon, Tampa and i liked the product.

These AirPod pros are a definite upgrade as opposed to the AirPods gen 1s as the sound cancellation is out of this world 10/10 would buy again

Really good, sound quality is out of world and ANC is in different Universe. Pretty good, way above my expectations.

The active noise canceling is great and the bass response is so much better than the first generation. The only thing I have about these is that they kind of come out of your ears, but I bought new tips that are a little stickier.

These are my second pair of AirPods and I love them. First time getting 2nd gen and I like them better than the first generation already. I use them all the time. Whether it’s the gym or making work calls. Definitely recommend getting these.

I really love that my EarPods block the outside sounds. But sometimes in my phone show differents numbers in the charge of each EarPods I don’t know why if I open the case shows very different charge instantly weird…
