After researching several different brands and comparing prices, Best Buy beat them all. I purchased the AirPod Pro 2 Gen. Good product. Geek squad refurbished has my vote!!!!!

I purchased these headphones on may 29th and gave them as a gift 2 weeks later. They were sealed and new. When connecting them they weren’t connecting correctly and when they did it was static and bad quality. We took them into the geek squad to look at them and they informed us the serial number on the box and on the AirPods match but when you connect them to the device the serial number is different. They guessed someone switched it there or at the factory in Vietnam. Although they can see we were scammed they told us there’s nothing they can do as it’s 6 days outside the return window and we need to call apple. Apple said it has to be brought in and the nearest Apple Store is 2 hours away one way. What a racket, they sell counterfeit headphones as new and original and then refuse to help and do nothing even when they can see and admit that’s what they did. I’ve gone ahead and attached photos of the two serial numbers of what it should be and what it is when connected. I’ve been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years and a card holder since 2011 and am insanely disappointed In them. I’ve never complained or had issues but this is nuts they sell them and don’t help. Best Buy customer no more and card is on the way to the trash. Also the geek squad took my wife’s unlocked phone to the back room out of our sight To check on these headphones. You should never take someone’s unlocked phone to a back room. It should be done in front of you. It’s a big security issue and they were gone with it for like 10 minutes. Just all around bad service by a company we were loyal to and were scammed by.

This review is for best buy, the airpods are great. Package arrived, opened to find a torn up apple watch package minus the watch, no airpods. Took to the local store, they said i needed to contact Fedex. I said no, the shipping box was unopened, undamaged, somebody at the shipping warehouse did this. Had to argue and refused to leave. Finally a manager showed up, he confirmed that they had received several returns where the product had been stolen at tge warehouse. He said he did a work around so i could get the aurpods the same visit. My overall time at the store ended up being clise to 2 hours. Thankful for the manager but i wont be back.

I use these multiple times per day, every day 24/7! I don’t think I have ever purchased something so extraordinarily valuable to me. These headphones are FANTASTIC. Thanks Apple, Thanks BB!
