Unfortunately I think I will be returning them because they hurt my ears. I’ve tried all the tips and still have discomfort. I’ve also run the “fit test” with each set of tips and the test fails every time. It’s possible that I’m an exception to the rule, but with different tips and adjustments, I still haven’t adapted to them.

These were an "open box" buy, which apparently means "used"- they were dirty, with ear wax on them... they were still partially attached to the previous owner's AppleID. So not only were they used and not open box, but they weren't cleaned, disinfected, refurbished- they were simply used. For $25 less I could have gotten them on Amazon, eBay, and even cheaper on woot. Other than that, I guess they work as they should with some slight popping on the left side- which will most likely warrant a trip to the Apple Store where they will replace them with NEW ones. Thanks Best Buy.
