I bought them for my mother with hearing issues, after enhanced live listening adjustments she's able to hear sounds she hasn't been able to hear in 14 yrs. She almost started crying. They are magic.

I love the noise cancellation feature. Talking on them sound really good and pick up what I am saying on the phone. You hear the other person clearly so you are not asking them to repeat themselves. I ended up buying some for my wife also.

I stopped into Best Buy to check on in purchasing the Airpods Pro for my nephew's birthday. From the minute I entered the store the gentleman greeting customers listened to my needs and was able to send me to the appropriate representative. The 2nd representative I spoke with also listened and was able to assist me with any questions I had and made the purchase hassle free and so quick. Not once did I have to repeat anything. He had listened so thorough that there wasn't the need to. I have honestly never had any dealings with other stores like this and that is why I will continue to deal with Best Buy. Your customer service is by far superior to any other competitors. To top it off my nephew was so pleased with his gift!!

I love them! They make a little chime when you charge them and they also chime when you charge a singular airpod, they sound so clear. As for the conversation awareness mode, literally so useful!
