Love love it noise reduction is a plus for me apple always have good products

Very good quality, sound is very loud and clear, battery could last longer though, especially for a 250 dollar product

Sound quality is ok, call quality is good, the receiver hears you very clearly, I would say this is the best quality of any earbuds. However the right side started making hissing noises a few days past the 1 year warranty. This is so frustrating, pay so much money and then it breaks just days past warranty, all due to poor design or cheat parts something like that. Almost as if programmed or designed to fail so that I would go buy new one or that will have to buy their extended warranty. I don’t know and I don’t care will never buy Apple AirPods again. I would recommend pass and get something else.

Adaptive noise cancellation is really affective and the voice detection helps when im working and people try talking to me.

Great pods. They stay in ear nicely and the ANC is most impressive!

The item is top notch but the service at Beat Buy was terrible. I ordered online and arrived in the store at the time my email indicated but my item was not ready. There was no line and the workers were laughing and talking, so I was disappointed that no one was able to assist. The young man that waited on me (young Indian man) was condescending and rude. I asked for a manager (older, balding white man), but he was no better. Just TERRIBLE service. I will never go back.

I loved these AirPods. I get to hear only what I want to hear with no outside noise interference. I like that they do not fall out of my ears. I’m 71 years old and not as tech literate as my grandkids but even I could figure this one out. These airpods are magnificent.

Sound quality is great,noise cancellation is very effective. This is definitely an upgrade to the previous generation.

Caught them during a deal. Which was great. I got a case for them and AppleCare+ and the Airpods for around 20. Maybe less. Its was great. I purchase 3-4 pairs of Airpod Pros and Beats pros annually. Its great to catch a little deal here and there

I purchased these ear buds from Apple Pro’s because the ones that I had from a different company would die in one day if I didn’t use them or disconnect constantly. The Apple Pro ear buds are nice but I gave them to my son because no matter which rubber cup I put on them to seal in my ears they would both fall off if I stepped hard or turned my head. If they would actually fit in my ears I would have kept them but the over $250.00 that I paid for them was money thrown away!
