Ordered this item online and did store pickup. Smooth process. The AirPods Pro 2 are fantastic. They have good noise cancellation. They also stay in my ear better than the AirPods. Great product.

The transparency mode is the best part of the whole package, in my opinion. The ANC is excellent, but the transparency mode is next level. Once your headphones fit perfectly, it's actually difficult to tell the difference between transparency mode and not even having the headphones on in the first place. It's a godsend when walking down a busy street or when talking to someone without taking out your headphones. I highly recommend this one.

When used with Apple phone they connect automatically. Easy to use and great sound. Worth the extra

A very solid purchase, They work as advertised and have great sound. My only complaint is they tend to loosen and fall out some while exercising at the gym. On walks they work perfectly and the transparency mode keeps you aware of everything.

It's a GREAT product, but here's the thing. I used my previous AirPods Pro (2nd Gen with Lighting) as a hearing aid. I liked them better than my $6,000 conventional hearing aids! This USB-C pair is a little better in some ways but less reliable for me as a hearing aid. I hope Apple will change the software to restore its value to me. The problem is that I can't get these to stay in transparency mode with hearing accommodations turned on. Even when I do not choose the new adaptive mode, it still tries to be somewhat adaptive. When I'm listening to someone, it will switch from transparency to adaptive mode and begin to muffle the speaker's voice. If I say something, the AirPods will momentarily revert to transparency mode with hearing accommodating but quickly slip back into a moderated noise cancellation mode, and muffle the speakers' voices. This is killer, sabotaging one of their primary benefits that I used to enjoy and employ extensively in the previous lighting-compatible pair. Again, I hope they will patch the software to fix this. Great earbuds, work well with other Apple products, not so much a Windows 10 laptop though. Definitely recommend if you have an iPhone though. Buds go from dead to full in about 55 minutes and last for over 5 hours without noise canceling or transparency on.
