I liked the customer service.

It was first called Airpods Pro (2nd generation) and then AirPods Pro 2, and certain places had price differences between the two products. I think it's turned out that a software update made the difference between the Airpods Pro (2nd generation) and AirPods Pro 2. Very confusing - I think Apple accidentally hurt their own sales with the naming debacle.
