Good experience buying from Best Buy and delivery from Roadie. Wife loves them. Overall solid but they sounds just ok, which for the price is slightly disappointing to me.

It’s a Christmas gift for my daughter so we don’t know the quality yet. What I don’t like was the DoorDash delivery that BB hired. The package came before 2 am! Why would you deliver a package around that time?! It could’ve stolen. Good thing was my husband leaves for work around that time, so he was able to bring the package inside the house.

The product itself is fine. BestBuy.com put a serial number on my receipt that doesn't match the serial number for the actual AirPods I received. I registered the AirPods that were shipped to me when I first connected them to my iPhone. I had no clue at that time that my receipt even included what was supposed to be the serial number for my AirPods. I had a problem with one of the airpods and attempted to use the warranty. I downloaded my receipt off BestBuy.com and shared it with Apple Support to verify the date of purchase. It was Apple Support who pointed out the serial numbers didn't match. As a result I was unable to have anything repaired under the factory warranty or the AppleCare plus extended warranty I paid extra for. When I contacted BestBuy.com customer service about the problem I was informed I had gone past the period to time to report the issue, that I should've reported the issue within the return window. The extended AppleCare plus warranty I purchased from Best Buy is worthless. Customer service WILL NOT do a search on both serial numbers to attempt to find out what happened to the AirPods with the serial number that's on my receipt. There is probably someone else out there right now with AirPods they purchased from BestBuy.com that don't match the serial number Best Buy put on their receipt. BestBuy.com customer service is terrible. TERRIBLE!!!
