Product has problem with charging

Since it was convenient, I didn’t try charging with a cable until about a month later. When I finally tried charging with a cable in my car, it didn’t work. I thought it might be an issue with the car charger, but when I tested it again at home, the cable charging still did not work. So while the wireless charging is reliable, the wired charging function seems faulty in my case.

After all said and done. You’d figure purchasing these would lower the volumn level on tv using the hearing aid mode. It did not. I’m very very Disappointed
