    I tried to return Apple AirPods and just missed 14 days deadline, they were not used and Best Buy representative tried to take it but manager didn’t allow even thought I was going to buy another gen from same store. Bad customer service… North Haven CT is not recommended

    The earbuds are great - I’ve had no issues with them at all. However, these were sold as open box Excellent Condition. These were definitely not in excellent condition! The case had visible scratches all over the front of it and there was dried food or something stuck onto the paperwork in the box. But the earbuds themselves are great with no charging issues or anything.
