It doesn’t fit well in my ears! I guess I will have to buy something to help it stay in place

Great product! Works perfect. Exactly what I was looking for!

The sound and noise canceling are really good on these, but i have 2 issues with these. 1. They hurt my ears regardless of position or ear tip size that i used. 2. The ear tips emitted a chemical smell that was noticeable at best and pungent at worst.

Had a few bugs on the first few uses but its working good now.

The silicone tips are too uncomfortable, the anc works as good on the no pros. I dont use anc much so not worth it for me.

My wife didn’t like how these fit in her ear. She also said it wasn’t load enough and couldn’t hear that well.

I bought these from Best Buy and the the box did not include the different sized tips that are supposed to come with the pros. This was annoying- and also made me wonder if they were not brand new. I called and spent a LONG time on the phone with Best Buy customer service. They agreed to credit me a small dollar amount so I could buy new tips. A little while later, I got an email from Best Buy telling me my credit request had been rejected. I called back again and they apologized, said they would fix it, made me stay on the phone for a long time again. Eventually, they hung up on me - presumably by accident, but I still have not gotten a credit. This definitely took the fun out of buying new Airpods. I’ve always tried to support this company over the years, especially when there is so much online competition. But honestly, all of the time I spent trying to address this and it still didn’t get resolved let’s me know that I am not valued as a customer. Apple was unable to help as they were purchased at Best Buy. Next time I will shop somewhere else.

The AirPods are great, the case however doesn’t stay closed and drops the pods out randomly.

Great product. I use them every single day and they are the best headphones I have ever had. The reason for the 2 star review is because it didn’t come with the charger. I went back to ask for one or to return it to get one that had a charger and I was told they didn’t have one.

I have been using it for 2 months as of now. The right ear bud stopped working, i have really taken care without drops or liquid damages. I am really disappointed to go through all the service center support

Good headphones to use if you don’t want to hear people talking

Poor sound quality. Making noise when there is no sound.

Good when they work. This is my 3rd pair of airpods that eventually go bad. Got applecare this time.

Not the best, since I bought them I've had charging issues when the buds are inside of the case.

They don’t work as well as marketed. I had high expectations but these fall short. The noise canceling is not as great as marketed and these don’t stay in your ear much better than the original AirPods.

The quality is there but my charging port has gone out twice now.

Very satisfied with apple products as always and shout out to the awesome staff out there
