I thought I bought new but it was used or they failed to deactivated the device from another account my AirPods kept getting rang for location very disappointing

Not so impressed, I hands-down would choose over the ear headphones for noise, cancellation purposes without question. The battery life is Pitiful, active noise cancellation mediocre at best for an earbud and overall not Great value price.

horrible. i bought an excellent condition pair of air pod pro 2nd gen and was given an okay condition pair of air pod 1st gen. i went to return the airpods and they basically told me i was scamming them. i was still refunded thankfully but that was a mess. i wanted the airpod pro 2nd gen for the hearing aid function for my mom. i ended up buying her skullcandy earbuds for WAY cheaper

Having a few connectivity issues but still love them.

These worked great for the first 3 weeks and then the right AirPod stopped accepting a charge. I had to take it to geek squad so they can ship it back to Apple. They are supposed to either fix it or send me another (single) airpod.

The initial item delivered to me was defective. The left earbud is has very loud scratchy sound. I needed to have it replaced at a local best buy store. I though the replacement was already good but my friends are telling me that If I wear both earpods while calling them makes me sound like I am drowning at times. I am now hopeless to get a better one

They don’t cancel any noise I can’t here my shows are music all I here is the noise around me it’s really annoying

I've always have thought that Apple is synonym of quality, but this product didn't meet my expectations. The right Airpod has something wrong, the sound isn't as clear as the left one. I hadn't had time to return this item, or else I would already have done.

These don't fit in my ear as well as the regular airpods. My husband and daughter feel the opposite. They love their Pros. Everyone has different ear shapes so try out your friend's airpods before buying!

Had ordered 2 AirPods Pro 2 during the Black Friday sale, hoping will be able to get my mom who has hearing issues, to be able to use it as she finds the current hearing aids from Signia not very effective and actually a bit disturbing due to enhancement of unwanted noises too. To my disbelief, while one box was perfect, the other was an empty AirPods Pro 2 box with just the manual and charging cable which got delivered. I reached out to apple to help trace the AirPods just to be sure it wasn't misplaced by the delivery agent or someone else, but they redirected me to Bestbuy as the AirPods Pro was not activated yet and hence couldn't be traced by Find My. I have reached out to Bestbuy now and so far the customer support team has been kind to take note of the issue and arrange for a replacement. Am hoping this is seen through by team Bestbuy and I eventually receive my AirPods Pro and am able to get Mom to have much better New Year! Fingers crossed. Will share an update when the matter is resolved.

I have changed the size of the rubber ear plugs and they still fall out and the short battery life

My son loves these. We purchased for his Birthday!

Bought these in September by December the charging case port no longer connects to charger. Last pair lasted 2 years this pair barely lasted 2 months. I'm beyond upset!
