Work okay. Got these as open-box but I cannot connect my phone or Find My to them properly because previous owner never removed them from their account.

Worst experience .. one product we returned through rodeo and store mistakenly returned on fedex order. Second pair of headphones which actually came through FedEx had only AirPods box and actual item was missing. Best Buy store and customer care hands down said we can’t do anything. Once we went live on twitter then Best Buy later investigated that too after lot of follow ups on instagram and twitter. And only after giving actual screen shots of FedEx order did they returned money when I already opened dispute through my credit card company. Conclusion: stop buying from Best Buy. Specially online as they have no control over carriers and 0 responsibility for their orders.

They don’t offer the noise cancellations is horrible it’s not as good as the ones I owned before

For this price, not good. Very noise when some body hear you.

I do not like the fit of these AirPods. I have tried all 3 fittings and they do not stay in my ears. I prefer the gen 2’s!

This set did work at all and had to be returned. Very disappointed, had bough a couple sets prior to this and the functions didn’t work but listening was great, this set did not work at all

This was not delivered to me. The cheap carrier Best Buy used (OnTrac) said it was delivered and signed for. I have a ring camera and could prove nothing was delivered. OnTrac also admitted fault to losing my package. Despite all of this, Best Buy refused to refund me and pushed me to the police to file a report, which went nowhere because it wasn't a police issue! Shame on Best Buy for using such a terrible carrier and on their terrible customer service policies.

They are ok, maybe my ears are small, they fall out easily. Sounds great though

i think i got faulty ones from best buy in person store and they wouldnt let me refund which is understandable but the thing is these stopped working only after the refund date expired so i cant return them sadly

I’m getting a lot of clients telling me that they can hear me well while I’m wearing them. I do not recommend this model.

They are very uncomfortable to me specifically. Not a fan of them and wouldn't get them again. May look to exchange item

Best Buy sold me fake airpods! Then they wouldn't completely refund my purchase. Instead they told me to contact the marketplace that I bought it from, the marketplace that they had on their website. I thought I could trust the authenticity of Best Buy and the Marketplace stores they have on thier website. Karthik the floor manager told me there was nothing they could do...

Good but they will 100% break or start acting up about a year if not a year and a half after you first start using them. Scummy on apples end but I still love the headphones

Those were working good for a month and then one of the airpods mic doesn't work properly.., couldn’t hear calls on one airpod.

Hearing aid / hearing test is hard to setup. unsure if I will ever be able to set up the hearing aid feature.

I purchased two pair of the apple AirPods Pro 2 for Christmas and when they came in I noticed something felt off about the box. To my surprise they both had the same serial numbers on the box. Then I used apple to check the serial number and they were unable to authenticate them. So do yourself a favor and go into the store to buy these if they are even available. Just ended up buying my kids the new AirPods Pro 3.

Sadly not a great fit to in my ears or my wife’s. I wasn’t able to eat with them in or walk to much rendering them not really useful. I preferred and went back to the non pro version for that and because the audio pushed back in from outside noise was really difficult to get used to and the noise canceling was not really as useful as I hoped.

The product seems fine but I'm pretty sure I was sold something as new that had been returned even if unused. When I set paired the AirPods, my phone said I had 51 days to buy Apple Care and 356 days of warranty left on something I just purchased that day. Maybe I won't need those last 9 days of warranty or maybe the AirPods die on day 360 and I'm out of luck because Best Buy resold a returned item even if sealed. I assume the time for the warranty and Apple Care start to run when Best Buy scans the item and sells it to the first consumer so if you buy it later you lose out. Probably my last Best Buy purchase.
