Liked the old ones better, new model just don’t fit or feel as good. Thought the clarity was better on old model also.

I was promised delivery in a couple of days. This was delayed for a couple of day. When I finally received the package, it had a full bottle of water in it. After talking to customer service, I was told that it would be at least a week before I could get a replacement. I asked for some type of compensation for my trouble. They said there would be no compensation or breaks. I told them to cancel my order and refund my card. They said it would be 7-10 days for the refund. It took at least 10 days before I received a refund. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received. I should add that this is not the first time I have had trouble with an online order with Best Buy and I told them this, but, it will be the last time.

Best buy customer service has become horrible. I was on a live chat with a customer service representative regarding a price match. The representative sent me the link to match the price but gave me the wrong price quote. As the live agent was updating the price I was transferred to another agent for no reason. During that time no one ever came back. I waited an hour to no avail. I got back on the live chat the next day and the representative informed me I could not get the same deal due to a promotion. I spend thousands of dollars a year through my business to help kids and I am currently a plus member and this is the thanks I get. They made the mistake and I had to pay for it. Its sad to loose a customer over $500 dollars. Especially when I was about to spend $10,000. Best buy is just not what it used to be.

Airpods look brand new but when I connect them they started disconnecting suddenly ever when it still has charge. Even the sound quality becomes low making some buzzing noice in-between.

They are airpods and I think there are new versions out by now that you may as well spring for

I thought I would like these better than my original ear pods but I don’t! The Pro pods are bulky and to big for my ears I will keep trying to use them but may need to return.

My last pair were great for about two years then stopped working. So I replaced those with a new pair. Hopefully it’s just the pair I received and can be replaced through Apple, BestBuy wouldn’t help. The left AirPod hasn’t worked since relieving these. They rarely stays connected or charged. The charge for these runs out within an hour. The left AirPod is no where to be found or dies within a second of wearing them. Along with the battery life these AirPod regularly disconnect from my phone causing me to reset and setup with each use.

The sound is very good, the problem is that my ear hurts when I use them for a long period of time.

They ship me the wrong item but it works amazing Ty.

I didn’t like the hearing aid feature, it magnified noises like fans and small appliances.

Sometimes the left ear pod is hard to put in your ear. They fall out easily from you ear even when you put the correct cushion at the end of it.

The don’t stay connected to iPhone 16 Max Pro. They never work when you need them to. Constantly having to reset Bluetooth and power cycle phone just to get them to sync. Buttons and gestures rarely work right. My last pair of Gen 2’s worked for 3 years. These didn’t last 3 months.

They came in a destroyed box. Didn’t care at first but come to find out, they stopped working a week later. Tried to return them only to then find out that the serial numbers didn’t match and they wouldn’t accept the return! A fumble on their part because open box actually means it’s refurbished apparently and when they “fixed” them they neglected to check their serial numbers. Leaving me out 200$ and a pair of nonworking nonrefundable headphones

First of all, the purchase is thru the 3rd party. However, I trysted BestBuy would best all the vendor. I was disappointed that was not the case. I have to wait for a month to receive. Then, come to find out that the AirPod Pro was counterfeit product. The seller often first $10, then $30, them $50 for me to keep the product. It was not even working. Wasting my time.

These head phones are ok but they have a funny sound at times that you have to disconnect and reconnect.

Ordered a 3weeks ago and it still hasn’t come. There was nothing on the purchasing site that said it was gonna take this long. I really do not enjoy when companies do this because I didn’t know it was coming from a third-party seller/marketplace- I purchased on their site because I thought it would come within two days.

Uncomfortable and lack of bass. The AirTag feature is cool but there are so many better options.

The right earbud started getting a strange wind sound. After chatting with technical support for 20 minutes, I sent it in to Apple for repair. Very quick turnaround time, except… they didn’t do anything to the unit; it still has the same issue! Now what?
