The right earbud started getting a strange wind sound. After chatting with technical support for 20 minutes, I sent it in to Apple for repair. Very quick turnaround time, except… they didn’t do anything to the unit; it still has the same issue! Now what?

One of the pods is temperamental, it doesn’t always charge.

This AirPods started playing on the outside of the device a few weeks after having them.

The AirPods Pro 2 deliver excellent sound quality, active noise cancellation, and a comfortable fit. The improved transparency mode and Adaptive Audio make them even more versatile for different environments. Battery life is solid, and the integration with Apple devices is seamless. As for the shopping experience at Best Buy, it was great! I ordered online, and the next day, I was able to pick them up with no issues. The service was excellent—fast, efficient, and well-organized. Highly recommend both the product and the store!

Would go lower, these are the worst. Constant issues where one earbud is dead or it doesn’t want to connect. Apple Support is a joke because all they want to ask is if you charged it and if it’s clean. Both answers are yes. Then they tell you to try XYZ and maybe one quick fix after 2 hours of hassle will work, but you’ll be in the exact same position with the same terrible product in a couple weeks/months. These cost too much money to cause this many problems.

I don’t recommend placing orders on bestbuy.com unless you really know that it’s going through Best Buy not their marketplace. Best Buy is not real helpful. When something goes wrong in the marketplace you have to fight on your own.. this is very poor from a responsibility standpoint of Best Buy. The item was ordered on November 7 and shipped and it’s now November 19 and I still don’t have anything.

THESE ARE HOT GARBAGE. Leaning too far on brand loyalty and group following! First…I love Apple. Have had their music products since 2001. Disappointed with fit…I watch all the you tube videos, tried all the tricks…won’t stay in place. The earpieces don’t go deep enough and won’t stay in your ear canal. Very uncomfortable, trying to get them to fit in a little bit of sweat makes them fall out.

After a couple years of using my first generation AirPod Pros, I accidentally put them in the washer and ruined them. Replaced them with these Gen 2s and have been disappointed. They always lose connection with my phone at the gym and it drives me insane. Never had that problem with my old pair.

The sound is good but the microphone works bad. It’s sounds like if I was so far with a robotic voice.

The adaptation function is annoying. Unintentional sounds interrupt listening

After buying other open box items from Best Buy, I made the mistake of ordering these the same way. I chose the "Like New" option which usually means that the package was opened, but the product was never used and returned to the store. What I received this time was two possibly new or refurbished earbuds in a very scratched up case without any of the original packaging. These went straight back to the store for a return. If I wanted to buy a used item I would have bought the refurb option for a much cheaper price.

Nice airpods but i would still prefer the previous generation.

Have had 2 pairs of these and they always get blown out with excessive sweat from working out but now I have workout ear buds that aren’t airpods

I recently upgraded my airpods to 2nd gen and I had them for a week and every single phone call I made or received i sounded like a robot or the person I was talking to sounded like a robot. I honestly don’t recommend them. I have apple everything but this is definitely something I wont have. Try Soundcore Liberty 4 NC instead. Its cheaper and sounds way better. Don’t believe the hype.

I have had the pro pods less than six months and the right ear started making a scratching noise. One week later the right ear went out. Best buys sent them to Apple and ten business days later I received them and had the same issue. I have apple care and the best buys pro plan. Best Buys initially wanted to charge me 79.00 and asked if i had apple care. Yes response and then wanted to charge 29. I refused because i felt they are still under warranty. Best buys says apple should pay. Apple says best buys should handle.. so im stuck with what they now think is a case issue that may be ( contacts inside case)… just plan wrong and poor customer service on both sides.. your thoughts…will not buy from them again unless they replace for free.
