Took my airpods that I bought from Best Buy in for service yesterday only to find out they are fake. Best Buy won't do anything because they think I switched them out. I can't believe this is real life. Paid $200 and and extra $190/year to have the protection plan and they don't care at all. I read other reviews that had the same thing happen. Even the packaging inside the box is fake. Apple verified it's fake. I'm so mad I could cry. Will never buy a thing from Best Buy again.

Took 3 weeks to come, and when they came noticed right away they were fake. Sound quality was terrible, noise cancelling and transparacey didnt work and the only way I noticed was the font placement and size on the back of the case was off.

I need more battery life. I can only wear one at a time to get a full work day.

Just received an email that the iPods I purchased may not have been authentic. I ran their serial number through Apple and sure enough, they are not authentic. Best Buy did refund my money and I appreciate their proactive approach.

They won’t stay in my ear. I’ve tried every size ear tips and they will eventually fall out with the slightest of movement. It’s very upsetting for the price of the headphones for them not to fit correctly. I like the other features of them but they’re useless if I can’t keep them in my ear.

rubber earpieces did not fit returned them as soon as I bought them

I don’t like these. But I don’t like anything in my ear. I got an ear infection from wearing. I’m sure it’s just because I have issues with my ears but didn’t expect these to exasperate my condition

When I'm talking to someone he can't listen to me. Bad connection. He plays too low

I bought it for my ex girlfriend regret wasting the money on her. Dont buy for her, buy it for yourself king!

great product for listening to music. very easy to keep track of. noise cancellation is amazing for the gym! best purchase i’ve made in awhile

I bought these because I was having issues with my bose. These can’t compare, the bose are better in almost everything except the integration with the other apple products,

I loved them until my right AirPod stopped accepting a charge from my case even when plugged in after owning for only 1 year and 2 months.

Ordered an open box in excellent condition and the delivery driver indicated it was delivered but it wasn’t delivered to my address. Tried to get them to respond (as indicated in the delivery app) but no response at all from them. wasn’t delivered the product. Was also rejected for a refund and not informed and had to call back and try again. Also tried to get a replacement and they cancelled that order.

Best Buy sucks. They charged me for Excellent condition open box and sent me good condition product. If i wanted good condition I would have paid less but now i feel like i have been deceived and charged for excellent condition and received good condition when their is obvious difference in quality and price. I called customer service and they refused to credit me back the difference. Their only option is return it and order again. Well i purchased this for a gift and now I don’t have time or the same deal available. Poor customer service

They work great but they fall out of my ear when listening. Might return them

terrible. cant connect easily to my laptop - it was a total pain every time , cool feature to test your hearing but i will wait out the next model
