I purchased this pair in store. As soon as I got home, I opened the box to find that they were BROKEN and seemed to be a bootleg version of the real deal. I would've returned back to Best Buy then but they were already closed. So I went first thing in the morning and they REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND! I have tried contacting managers, corporate offices, and my own credit card company. I am officially out of over $100. I have purchase over $10K products from Best Buy over the years. MacBooks, Apple Watches, iPad, stove, tvs, etc. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY MAKE THIS RIGHT!

Had one for two months. Went bad. Exchange policy sucks!

I have some uncomfortable situation after using this product

I have non-stop problems connecting these to devices other than my Iphone. I have tried adjusting the settings, and also can't hear out of just 1 without adjusting the settings. I had Airpods Pro 1 and loved them, but these are awful. Whenever I need them, they don't work.

Not a fan I like the beats fit pro better I like more bass so I rather go with beats for my workout plus they stay in my ear due to wing tips

The available features, I’m sure, would be “groundbreaking” … except that the devices themselves never properly fit either of my ears, even after weeks of being an apologist and hoping they’d somehow eventually conform. And yet, even LONG before my complaint, Apple had become too focused on cost-cutting to include “extras” such as stickers and alternate ear tip sizes. The business practices of the corporation that expects me to remain loyal are growing more questionably baldfaced than I’ve ever seen before.

This is a review of Best Buy! Horrible customer service. Bought this and they changed delivery date by 3 days so product could not be accepted. I tried to intercept and change delivery or just pickup. 4 people later, incl manager at Springfield, va… was told it was impossible and that I was picking a fight. They just couldn’t send a different day? Pretty sad.

The reason I give you a poor rating is I went to Best Buy to buy these pods with hearing aid and the hearing aid isn’t working. I asked somebody at Best Buy geek club and they don’t understand. Never knew they were such a thing so apparently they’re selling something they don’t know nothing about. I’m not happy with them ready to return them.

GO TO THE STORE TO RETURN. Best buy plays games with you on the phone. They will keep you on hold till you hang up. Lost package. Best buy says you have to wait 7 to 10 days for the return, but it never happens. Doesn't matter that you are a Best Buy PLUS member. They will keep

Sound quality is poor for the money. Not recommended for running as you constantly have to keep them from falling out.

Had a pair of Sony earbuds that sounded great at a fraction of the cost. Lost them and decided to “upgrade”…. airpods are not worth it. The sound quality is dismal at best. They fall out no matter what size you change it to. So… you still bought them, eh?

Complicated to setup. Very poorly written setup instructions.

Good airpods to use if have a iPhone its needs to be

The quality is ok, when listening to music you vacan even sign along because the auto adjust kicks in and the volume goes down so you can even hear the song, the noise canceling feature could use an improvement, battery life sucks, 4 hrs tops

The case is loose compared to my previous one. It feels bad.

I bought this as a gift. Bought it took it home and put it away... for today. And one my nephiew did open it it seems like the seals were broken and missing airpods plus no charging cable just the box with the empty charing device... I did not check what I took from the store. I assumed it was all intact well well.

The Apple EarPods I ordered brand New for pickup at the Best Buy location 555 E Sandford BLVD Mount Vernon NY 10550 was fake. When I picked up the EarPods and got home to open them. I realized that they were fake. I went back to Best Buy to get my refund and let the manger know about the EarPods the manger told me he’s going to decline my refund because the EarPods were fake. A day later a happened to checkout the review at the location and the same thing happened to a customer 3 weeks before. This means someone in the store is scamming customers.

I hate apple and I hate everything they make. Unfortunately I’m in too deep.

They never came. I ordered these a while ago and they said they were delivered but they never were and I was having major problems trying to talk to customer service. I now am down almost 200 dollars bc these never came in. They said they did but all I got was an empty box with the open AirPod box inside.
