Incorrect item and iten is malfunctioning i though i was buys airpods pro 2, what i received is something else, the case make a chime repeatedly and buds sounds like i am under water

Bought open box and they were still connected to previous owner and because I was outside of the 15 day return policy (they were a gift) I could not return. I have another pair of airpods, which are great, but these are not and Best Buy sucks. I will not be doing business with them again.

I returned a this online item the next day, because the packaging looked like it had been opened. I wanted to exchange the item, but the store manager wanted to charge more for the item. So, I just returned them. I ordered the AirPods from Amazon, and received them the next day for less than Best Buys original sale price. The next day the store was selling them for the original online sale price. Lost a Long Time Customer!

I ordered this item as a gift for my wife. Upon arrival, the box was empty. I talked to Best Buy several times and upon their “investigation” no replacement or refund was issued. Terrible customer service. I will be conducting business elsewhere.

People have a difficult time hearing me when I use these.

When I’m in the middle of listening to something and a commercial comes on at disconnect them I have this with every set of AirPods I have purchased except for one I’m gonna have to buy a different brand besides Apple and get rid of the Apple phone as well and go with a smart phone because they’re not doing their job

I've had nothing but issues since purchasing these AirPods. Best Buy continues to sell items that are used, refurbished, broken, etc. but passing it off as "new." I don't believe these AirPods were new or the actual Apple brand. Disappointed.

The sound quality is not as good as other flag ship Bluetooth earbuds from Bose, Sony etc

Looka fake or something strange with them, I purchased them in November 25, but it has apple care activated from April 25. Serial number on device not matching with box

Items was hopped by went to wrong address. Then added to store pick up when I didn’t know it was switched. Went so long that Best Buy had to refund me cause they didn’t want to give me Black Friday price any more. So tiring

This AirPod is not good, I can’t believe I wasted my money to get it

Bought Openbox Excellent received then returned it directly because it looked so fake; Different shade of white and poor quality case compared with my same model Pro2. Bestbuy local stores really should check the condition of their returns or openbox before selling these out again.

I heard beeping sound while I was talking. It is different than I had before.

Beautiful sound and nice features. All that been said they don’t fit well. I tried all the fittings none work they kept falling off my ears

My AirPods were stolen by the person best buy chose to have them delivered by. The driver cut into my package and unwrapped took out AirPods and took a picture like it was fine. Best Buy didn’t replace and now I’m out of my money. My house is literally in front of the police station. Nobody would tamper with it while on camera with the cops right there. Wouldn’t know how to rate product

Overall the product is good. But they messed up my shipping. I wanted to return the product but they said the serial number did not match and refused to take my return. They were reluctant to assist in any way, very very very disappointed with BestBuy.

Order did not arrive. Problem with vendor. Best Buy promised me a $25 digital gift gift card for the inconvenience. They never sent it to me.

I couldn't get them to work with my Samsung phone. I had a pair a few years back and they worked great. I found out from T-Mobile that Apple stopped Android users from using their products for some reason, so I had to return them.

I purchased this item in an excellent, like new, condition, but after picking it up, it was badly scratched at a point where you can feel the scratches when rubbing on the exterior, almost anyone can tell it was in a poor condition and not in an excellent condition

It didn’t work as well as my hearing aids. I couldn’t link it up to my tv which was the most important feature for me.
