Awful!! This is my 2nd order of these and same problem with both! Right bud is distorted and cuts out. L bud cuts in/out, distorts, just won’t work after maximum charging time

They keep disconnect and connect from my phone. It doesn’t hear my voice when I say hey Siri change my music.

The airpods will not charge only after two weeks. They were an open box and now I am having trouble getting them replaced. We purchase EVERYTHING from Best Buy and now i am very disappointed.

I paid for something that I didnt received, apparently the delivery driver left the pakage at the front and someone stole, I told what happen and they didnt want me to replaced the item or give me a refund. Even when my complex have a specific area with cameras to leave all the pakages for everyone but they put it on the front door where everyone walks and anybody could take it. I’m very dissapointed with best buy, I lost money and have no solution.

Returned Airpods. They would not completely charge.

Bought these and never used them. Took them back but I missed the return deadline. I took the original receipt there as well. They told me if I wanted my money back I would need to spend $50.00 for me to get my money.

SERVICE ZERO I had called to ask how I can make my monthly payment when I bought the AirPods, but I was not informed. So I called again and was told that my call would be transferred further, and I was not informed on the phone.

I would rate higher but my package never showed up. I had to contact customer support a few times to get a refund. Still waiting for my mo ey back though

Started having problems with them withing one month. Bought Apple plus so I thought no worries for 2 years. Best Buy won't help with Apple plus care, you have to go to Apple Store. They said it was ear wax but they won't clean. After we cleaned thoroughly, still having problems. Don't buy.

Open box with an "EXCELLENT" rating was missing both the Medium & Small size earbud noise cancelling cushions. Best Buy did not have an option for obtaining the earbuds separately. It turned into a bit of hassle. Will likely avoid open box items in the future that have more than one component.

Complete JUNK! These new Apple products are horrible! BEST BUY will do nothing to stand behind their loyal customers! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE NEW APPLE PRODUCTS!

They fall out too easily. Like literally bending over to tie your shoes and they fall out. They also die very fast. Didn't last a full work day

I already airpods 2nd generation, due to case issue i got this one. Battery drains so quick. Always I ended up connecting to charger.

Brand new one AirPod battery dies very fast one month old but only used for in the last two weeks. not covered by apple. Buy a different brand that stands behind there products. Very dissatisfied by there lack of any responsibility in any way.

Did not receive this iteam it’s been 50 days and haven’t Received a compensation or refund

Sound quality isn’t as good as expected. Also it was very hard to change the ear piece size and I was afraid I would damage the air pod

Unfortunately somehow I was sold fake ones. Had problems returning them , but after contacting corporate they admitted to having this problem and resolved the situation. My advise after purchasing right infront of them open your pods and make sure serial # on them matches the one on the box.

The Item was probably fake, careful about the items you buy from 3rd party sellers

Terrible quality headphones apple/best buy will not honor warranty for replacement of earbuds if past the 15 days purchase Head issue with the hardware sounds like components inside are loose Don’t purchase especially from best buy because Apple response is “we won’t replace because it wasn’t purchased thru Apple Store” What a joke both best buy and Apple

Not happy with overall, hurt ears, hardly hear any sound with volume all way up. Always get disconnected with phone while have in pocket
