No verification on open box products

They came in and I got the warning that they are still connected to another account. I ignored the warning and now it plays sound every 24 hours when I open the case. It feels like I am using stolen airPods.

New AirPods seem to be used

Paid the price for brand new, not refurbished. Box was sealed. When we went to pair them with her phone, someone else’s name came up indicating they had already been paired with another Apple ID. We will be returning them.

Music subscription for 1 month was to have been available to PRE-existing customers, of which I am one. Apple does not follow suit. If Best Buy is offering it, the offer should be honored.

Mic don’t work.

I got these like 2 months ago and right after i got them the mic doesnt work and when i try to get them checked from best buy. They make you go to apple to get it fixed. You cant buy something to be brank new and have to go through soo much work just so it can work properly like its new. Never buying any electronics from best buy.
