Stopped working within less than a month of me having them!! Then when I tried to get them fixed they said the price would be $150 the same price I payed for them

I bought airpods pro because my last airpods got lost and not even a month the airpods I got dont hold a charge and they disconnect a lot from my phone and whenever i try to connect them back they just wont connect paid $200 for something that does not work i dont think i should have to pay to get it fix

I tried everything to get these Airpods to stay put. Didn't matter what size I used, bend my head down, tilt it sideways and they popped out. Wasn't going to spend more to get a different fit so returned them.

Easy to pair and set up. Long battery life, fits well in my ears. Sounds great for listening to music

I hear static when I first put them on and my case won’t charge

The headphones had a scratchy loud sound. I don’t know if I got like a bad badge or what but they are dysfunctional.

Its very bad the sound isn’t clear it doesn’t have noise cancellation I don’t recommend

The AirPods case makes noise when moving. I complained about that and they told me that I could return it within 60 60-day time period. But when I returned it to them they didn't accept that cause 60 days only for Best Buy members which they didn't mention to me earlier. It's a scam.

Product is good, but stopped working in 2 months and the worst thing is no international warranty. I faced issue in india and the us guys told me to visit usa for the warranty claim and it cannot be covered outside of usa.

It would not work for me. The employee could not get it to work. Very disappointed with the product.

Fall out of my ears no matter which of the different earpiece I use of the sizes they give me. I want to love these but I can’t trust them to stay in when I wear them. I have even tried these aftermarket sticky strips which helped a little but they still fall out :-( Apple do better.

Bad product, they loosing connection with iphone while Im in a phone call.

The product was not in a sealed box; it had been previously opened.

Very disappointed. They delivered my order to wrong address and when I got it the AirPods were missing from the box. I have been waiting for. Month for my refund. Will not buy from Best Buy again.

Never got my rebate! I’m a Best Buy member and was told I would receive a rebate in 10 days but never did get it!

Don’t stay in ears. I have tried all sizes of of the rubber earbuds with no luck.

Not really excited about these, they don’t stay in your ear well.

We purchased the airpods the end of November for a Christmas present for my son. He started using them Christmas day and now 3.23.25 the case wont charge anymore than 8%.

These were a disappointment. I purchased for my husband to pair with our tv. They kept dropping the pairing, not user friendly to someone without tech knowledge

I have already had to replace these AirPods once. My AirPod one was fantastic until one of the earbuds stopped working. My new ones will not stay charged, but because I have fallen and broke my back I have not been able to get back there to get them exchanged or whatever I need to do.
