The Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation) is absolutely terrible. The first time I experienced these headphones the rubber tips did not fit in my ears. I would try to run and sweat in these but they would fall out no matter how hard I tried to keep them in. The noise canceling system and bass was also one of the worst features I’ve felt so far out of all of the airpods. The 1st generation airpods did a much better job with the battery life and comfort. I’m absolutely disgusted with this abominable product. It’s despicable. Utterly, unacceptable. My grandmother did not enjoy her Apple AIrPods Pros either.

Good as earbuds, feels like ANC is worse than the last version but it’s supposed to be better? Features are cool I guess

Extremely disappointed. Biggest problem among others - They don’t fit, constantly fall out, and don’t feel good in my ear. I have used all of the different silicone tips but made no difference. Even looked up tips and videos on how to place in ear thinking I might be missing something, but no. For an Apple product and one that cost so much I expected way more. I had similar problems with a previous generation version without silicone tips hoping these would perform better and no. I will not be purchasing apple air pods in the future and hope to deter other people from wasting so much money on absolute garbage. I have used ear buds that cost a fraction of what these cost and they fit way better and even sounded better too. Don’t wast your money. Buy anything other than Apple air pods. Awful, terrible, no good.

For the price there are many other options for headphones that completely surpass the sound quality of AirPods. If you want something that “works” better with iPhones as in the UI, then go for it, but for sound quality there are so many cheaper and better alternatives.

Better than the other version I have. The only annoying thing is the sound it makes when you open or close the case.

They hurt my ears after about 10 minutes of wearing them.

Box was beat up when I received it but the actual item was in perfect condition.

They only last a year before having glitches. This is my 3rd pair

They’re ok they hurt my ears if I wear them any amount of extended time.

These have pretty good sound but design is garbage. Every time I take them out of the case the batteries are dead. The charging mechanism in the case hardly works at all. You have to download a special app and then wiggle the pods around in the case until the app shows that they started charging.! It’s a total pain in the butt. I never write reviews but am sitting here waiting for these stupid things to charge!!!! Don’t buy them… get a different brand

If you like earbuds that fall out of your ear very easily these are for you. You will be buying all sorts of new tips to try to get them to stay in. They fall out even when doing nothing but sitting. Try and workout and they'll fall out in seconds. You'll be purchasing some little add on wings that help them stay in our ears. These sound great, but very poor design.
