Airpods I assume is really good, but Best Buy online shipping, and live agents are terrible. I ordered airpods online since it said shipping will come the next day, but I still haven't received my airpods in 3 days. Whenever I try to talk to live agents and just please change it to store pick-up because it gets ready in 1 hour, some say they can't do it, and some say call tomorrow to talk to shipping department, and when I do they say they can't do anything but wait until like 2 weeks after to get your airpods shipped. Like I have called more than 5 agents by now and I just want to cancel or change to pick-up my airpod when the driver hasn't even picked up the product yet and probably will not soon. Roadie Drivers and shipping is so bad. I'm just so frustrated by the fact that shipping in 1 day turning into 2weeks and I can't change it to pick-up or even cancel the order. I rate BESTBUY customer service 0stars. I have talked with 3 different departments and they all they transfered me to each other and in the end I can't even cancel or change to pick-up and have to wait 2 weeks after the designated shipping date.

These SUCK. Main complain is how bad they fall out of my ears. Regardless of what rubber head I use or how far I jam them into my ears, these fall out. HORRIBLE for sitting/working, but even worse for working out. They are more comfortable than regular airpods, but that’s probably only because these fall out so much you can’t wear them long enough for them to become uncomfortable. These were a huge waste of money and big disappointment. I’m not even overly impressed by the audio.

How can I keep them from slipping out of my ears?? They sound great and I am excited about them, but I can’t seem to keep them in my ears.

I like the fact that they blocks off noise but the battery has a very short life. They are only able to last about 6 to 7 hours. I shouldn't of bought them. I had better

Paid almost $300, and I don’t like them because they don’t stay in your ears good. Scared I’m going to lose one or both. I want to bring them back. Also doesn’t hold battery long

Not long enough battery life I listen to music and news all day long. On my iPad and iphone so it would be nice to have longer battery life

I bought a used package that was supposed to be excellent condition. That is what I paid for. They handed me a box that read “good” condition. It was missing pieces and the sound is off.

They are chill airpods, fall out of my eyes sometimes though so that's not my favorite.

The left stops working snd from numerous others ive spoken with the same to them. To send it off for reapir is $100 for the one earbud and they try pushing you to buy another set. Ah dont think its a good idea to keep pouring money in a hole over and over. Thanks but no thanks. $200 for one year use then another $100 to fix one earbud. Time for a change.

I had problems with the air pods charging. I spent quite a while with Apple support working on it. Finally solved the problem. The air pods were very touchy finding the exact position in the charging case so they would charge.

Love them but the only downfall is they fall out of your ear easily

This review is for the Best Buy online purchase process. Total scammers. I purchased these AirPods during the Cyber Monday sale and used by Best Buy credit card. Everything was fine at Checkout, even said I would reveive the $5 credit, but today there is no record of the sale. And now the AirPods are of course full price. Convenient. My instinct was to get them on Amazon, but I wanted to buy local. Mistake. Customer Service was no help at all.

Worse product Apple made. Biught the 2nd generation sent it back while under warranty within 6 months of purchase. Once the warranty expired, EarPod microphones went bad, and Apple will jot repair or exchange. Waste of money. I will not recommend this product for anyone.

I can not get them to not fall out of ear and it is really frustrating

Not an issue with the Airpod or Apple but the unpleasant Best Buy customer experience. Ordered this as a birthday for shipment because Best Buy falsely claimed that the unit will ship within a few hours. Next day i get a notification that the unit is indefinitely delayed. They were "offering me a refund if the unit doesn't arrive in 1 month". There was NO option to switch to a store order pickup or cancel the order. Had to call Best Buy customer service to get this process started. They claim that I may get a confirmation in the next 24-48 hour timeframe. My recommendation is that you buy this unit from anywhere else except Best Buy.

Great features but as I expected, it's pretty much impossible to get it to stay in your ear, which is kind of a giant PITA

Defective out of the box. Noise cancellation was off on right earbud. Got worse over a couple weeks. Week 3, totally noticeable and stopped working all together. Right bud was completely unresponsive. At 3 weeks, I called Best Buy and they basically said their policy was good for only two weeks and would do nothing to make it right, regardless of the issue or what I had experienced. I wouldn't suggest purchasing airpods and wouldn't suggest purchasing anything from Best Buy. Purchase from a company with integrity.

These airpods are very difficult to remove from the charger and to handle without them slipping from your fingers and falling to the floor Not ergonomically designed very well

Stopped working in less than 2 weeks. Had chat with live agent at Best Buy. Was told that I had received a defective item and a new one would be mailed to me and then I should return the defective item. Best Buy then cancelled that order. They said I could come to the store to return defective item for refund. Extremely poor CUSTOMER SERVICE.
