I bought a 2 AirPods pro (2nd generation), March 13th and it was supposedly delivered by FedEx and signed. I was 38 weeks pregnant then till today (my baby is here and she’s 2 weeks and I’m still chasing this) it’s a month no replacement or refund I have even filed a police report till today. This has been very stressful and I don’t recommend buying online, bad customer services and they should at least hear their customers out.

I have already had 2 pairs and both of the had the left side sound crack. I switched to BOSE, problem solved….

Fake item delivered to me. The AirPods were inauthentic in an open box. Other customers have the same issue all over the internet with Best Buy. I ordered a new item. Now they refuse to return the inauthentic item they sent me. I will be suing Best Buy and hope to shut them down for selling inauthentic products based on their admission in a letter they sent me when they returnned the inauthentic AirPod to me.

Was not pleased with these. They didn’t meet up to my expectations based on the posted information. I have small ear canals so that does make placement difficult. Even with the smallest ear piece I was unable to get a proper seal unless I turned them upside down. Because of that they would quickly loosen and need re-adjustment.

They never put them in my bag so I’m out $185:00 tried to get help 5 times. They also left out addl charger phone clip. Never shopping again at worst buy. Should had gone to Apple store

A month after purchasing it they stopped hearing and Apple changed them for me and after 15 days they stopped hearing again. The products that Apple has no longer have the same quality. I don't think it's worth paying so much for something of such poor quality.

These should not cost more than $100. Mediocre quality. Noise cancelation does not work correctly. Simply adjusting the earbuds make them do all sorts of crazy changes and touch command cannot be disabled. My $18 earbuds work just a good as these $200+. Sad apple is ripping people off. I got them for free.

Gave me the airpod pros 2nd generation instead of the airpods pros 2, the own workers at the store couldnt comprehend that they are 2 different things and forced me to return them instead of giving me the right product

Had airpods in and then lost them some how when walking tried not even 5 mins after losing and couldn’t give any information on item work tracker ever. Needs to be upgraded for the price.

This product is NOT good for people who have moderate to severe hearing loss. If you have mild it should work ok. This should be advertised on the product. Thank you.

I placed an order for this item and even though it is showing available online my order got cancelled. This is unexpectable service from Best Buy.

Trash for customer service. Ordered online, order delayed a full week after estimated arrival time. BB refused to let me pickup in store or cancel so I could get the AirPods faster. Buy from somewhere else and save yourself the hassle

Honestly I didn’t enjoy that the battery drained four hours after I had them on and I tried them out for a couple of weeks. I have cheaper ones that last me for 3 days, until I have to charge them again. Brand name isn’t always better.

Debit Card number was stolen and these were purchased by the thief! I dont own an Iphone. So i cant really tell you how they work.

Mine came with the wrapper already removed and the box dirty and banged around, and also the case loses charge just sitting unused. Learned my lesson not ordering direct from Apple.

Item was ship and delivery but when opening package item was missing and was not compensated for item.

Was suppsed to be available today, app sent me notification they were resdy to pick up. Got there not only was it bot resdy they dint even bave them in stock snd now says october 1st. Thats 10 days from now. Really best buy?

Horrible product. They will not stay connected to my phone. I have taken them to a local Apple store for repairs and they still randomly disconnect. Worst headphones I’ve ever bought.

My left AirPod has static and because I have had them over 15 days and less than 30 days I cannot exchange the product. I don’t not like your return/ exchange policy. 200 wasted

I first bought the AirPod 3rd generation and they kept falling out… so I returned them and bought AirPod Pro 2nd generation and they did the same thing!! Returned them as well!!
