The AirPods 2 only improved on the original. For starters, Apple added a smaller set of tips, which are amazing as I have small inner ears. The addition of touch volume control is also a big improvement. The ability to have an audible ping when using Find My is nice to have as well, as I often misplace them.

Good water protection and nice voice and good sounds

I am really loving these AirPods. These are my first Airpods. I am coming from PowerBeats the AirPods are a giant leap in sound! I did not know what I was missing. Enjoying the listening options as well. Only thing for me is getting use to control the volume, but no points are loss. This is just a learning curve.

Great sound, great noise cancelling and now hearing aid capable. I prefer these to my regular hearing aids, and recommend them for people who have mild to moderate hearing loss and don't want or need to wear aids all the time.

I had the first gen and then the sec gen when they came out with lightening cable charge case, wife needed new ones so i got the sec gen with USBC charging, gotta say the sec gen def my fave earbuds so far and with $90 off its a major GO

A little bit larger but does have good noise canceling.

Can't say enough good things about these earbuds! Great stereo sound makes me feel like I'm in person. Great noise cancellation to them. They have so many great qualities to them.

Going to bestbuy for this purchase was really one ofnthe best experiences iv3 had. The woman at the register was more than pleasant, she made me feel totally important as a customer. When i made the purchase, I realized i needed to purchase another item. When i came back to the counter, anothe4 person was going to assist me but she stopped them and said "my customer has come back and I take care of my customers". Ive been to multiple bestbuys but this one (located at Pentagon City, VA) is the one I will definitely go back to... even though there are several other locations between where I live (Laurel, MD). Wish i remembered her name because she is a true superstar...

Bought these to replace a pair of AirPod Series 1 that I already had. These AirPods come with 1 meter woven charging cable which was a nice touch. Noise cancellation on this model is a significant upgrade compared to the first generation AirPods I had. I could hear my music at a comfortable level over a lawnmower.

Fits better than the old generation. Also, battery life is better.
