Pverall good improvement on the first gen pros, with some cool bew features, but still experiences some glitches with responding to hey siri, switching between devices, and volume control

Noise cancelling is a definite plus when in crowds and at work. Sound quality is exceptional with crisp audio for talking and music. Very easy to pair and connect to phone.
