So far the audio quality is crisp, but essentially the noise-canceling feature is what you're paying for and it is pretty worth it for that aspect.

Sound quality is good. Siri integration for skipping or pausing or any command is great. The fit is akward. If you want real noise cancel, you have to push them into your earhole. If youre moving around youll hear noise bleed. Ive tried all ear pillow sizes, and when moving excessively they wont keep put. Another issue ive had is using my phone and watch with apple music. Switching between watch and phone is problematic. When i lose Bluetooth away from my phone, i cant switch to my watch to continue since they dont sync well. Minor problem but annoying when i step away from my phone and lose music even though my watch is fully cellular and isn’t synced.

Bought these as a present for my dad and he loves them! He says that when his noisy cubicle neighbor hops on calls this has been. Godsend to block her out.

These are great for listening music everywhere, on the go, gym, walks and best of all to shut out the world or noise at times.

I have had several other ear buds but these sound amazing also lik the features

it's much better than 1st gen. I like volume adjusting function, knobs now on both headphones, auto-mute when you start talking. I didn't expect so many changes

I love my ear buds. I appreciated that it was so easy to purchase the earbuds. Best Buy is where we go to get all of our electronics! We especially like the ease of purchasing apple products. If we go to Apple it’s such a process.
