Ordered from BestBuy, received an opened box with defective airpods. No sound during calls! Feels like a returned product was resold. Contacted customer service, but they neither refunded my money nor sent a replacement. Terrible experience! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

no matter what i try i can not get them to stay in my ear.. does not fit no matter what size cant answer other ? as i cant get hem to fit
