This is a nice version of air pods by Apple. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with Best Buy’s online chat customer service. Initially, I bought this from BB’s BF deals. A couple of days after I picked these up from our local BB I saw that two other competitors (Target and Amazon) had a lower price for these same Air Pods Pro 2. I tried to do a price match thru the BB app, but it kept telling me they couldn’t verify it. So, I tried the chat option. I told the rep that I saw a lower price and would like a price match. The rep told me they couldn’t price match. I insisted that I have a screen shot and the link of the item from Amazon. However, she insisted they couldn’t price match. She said it’s their policy. I got upset because I know BB does price match. Oh well. I decided to return this item back to our local BB store and buy the lower priced one from Amazon. When I returned this, the associate from our local BB store said I should’ve been given a price match. It’s just a frustrating experience overall. Who knows, maybe the online chat customer service rep wasn’t knowledgeable at all and still needed some extra training. But, BB needs to get their policies straightforward so their customer service reps aren’t giving contradicting answers. I have the chat log too if anyone from BB wants to contact me.

These were my first pair of AirPods. I absolutely love that they are noise canceling and allow me to throw something on and focus on what I need to focus on without so many distractions. Every noise used to distract me at work, and now I can tune it out and get so much accomplished. At home when I’m running around the house doing stuff, I always know when someone is texting me or calling which is nice. I do much better staying on task at home now too. I never expected a pair of earbuds to have such a positive impact on my life, but they did. Can’t forget to mention that they sound amazing too. All my music sounds full and goosebump inducing, and all my podcasts and clear.

I like them. They sounds great and connect seamlessly. I would definitely wait until they are on sale.

Solid device, it picks up what you're listening to automatically without needing to connect. The best thing about this is the noise cancelling that it has just by putting them on, the audio around you without any music playing automatically gets reduced. I don't like that they got rid of the double tap feature that the first generation had (now you have to do this weird tap thing which isn't as intuitive). The soft ear case nubs are good, but they do fall out of my ear (I originally tried the default size and switched to large, I think I'll have to go back to the default size.)

Love these… the noise canceling works really well and the transparency mode is like bionic hearing.

Overall great purchase! Easy to use. Fit into ears well. Noise canceling is wildly amazing. My mom loved them and bought them too bc she loved mine.

It is definitely a great improvement from the 1st gen. I like the new hand gestures which you can adjust the volume, and the noise canceling and transparent mode works better. The new case is great too as it has a speaker, which can give you notification sounds for charging and when the battery is low.

Amazing earbuds. Some of if not the best earbuds I've owned! Sound quality is great. Noise cancelling is elite. I work in a very noisy environment so I needed something to really cancel out the noise around me. These definitely did the trick. Doesn't hurt that they can work with pretty much anything that supports Bluetooth paring. Definitely recommend!

Very good product. Very clear sound. They don’t fall out of the ear at all.

This is my second AirPod Pro after having the 1st generation since they debuted. These are even better than the first for overall sound quality, noise cancellation, and fit. I switch out the Apple tips for a memory foam set but other than that, I highly recommend.

These are top notch, a very serious set of AirPods. The sound is fantastic, next to the sound of the over the ear headphones priced above $400. My Beats Studio don’t quite measure up. If you keep them in your ear, go for it. I did.Best connectivity ever in an Apple product.

Completely blown away by the noise canceling tech. I’ve only ever had AirPods and this is only my second set, (I’m cheap!) going from old AirPods (batteries no longer lasting any usable amount of time) to these was profound. Audio quality is tip top, fit is comfortable but oh my, that noise cancelling is phenomenal. I was concerned about their size compared to regular AirPods but they come with several sized ear inserts to adjust. Good to go!

Working well, the active noise cancellation option is awesome. The sound quality and connectivity are excellent. worth it for money

Great headphones, full of surprises! The Spatial Audio is really good. The clicking of each headphone to pause/play/answer calls, skip songs, reverse or fast forward is impressive. Additionally, swiping up and down on the stem of the headphone for volume is smart too. It does everything headphones need to do with impressive noise cancellation and audio quality - highly recommend. The battery life won’t blow your mind but it’s good nonetheless

Love the noise canceling feature. Very comfortable, easy to pair with iPhone and the sound quality is good. I'd buy definitely again if I lost them.

I have used a few pairs of earbuds and avoided AirPods because of the price. Seemed overpriced to me but wanted to give them a go with the features. These are by far the best earbuds I have ever used. the noice cancellation is fantastic as well as all the other modes like transparency and many others. If you pair these with your iPhone it even gets batter. Best I have ever owned or used. If you have been considering these but hesitant due to price then save a few more dollars and/or shop the sales.

Very nice sound, it’s more comfortable and light. I use it to listen my favored shows in my iPad, listed music at work, and to have private conversation by phone

I had originally bought a iPod Pro three’s only to return them and re-purchased the second GEN as the threes expand your ear holes like you wouldn’t believe very painful these ones here I forget they’re even in my ears!
