Noise cancelling is pretty good but not perfect. Battery lasts shorter than I would like (about 6 hours) and case needs charging pretty consistently. But reliable and easily transportable.

I’ve been using the AirPods Pro 2 daily for the past month, and they’ve been amazing. The sound is super clear with nice bass, and the noise cancellation is way better than I expected—it really blocks out background noise. What surprised me most is the hearing boost feature. It subtly amplifies voices when I’m in loud places, which actually helped me a lot during crowded meetings or cafes. Not a full-on hearing aid, but still really helpful. They fit comfortably, stay in place during workouts, and the battery easily lasts through a day. Seamless with my iPhone and Mac too. If you’re in the Apple ecosystem, these are a no-brainer.

A life saver, I use them everywhere, everyday. The noise cancelling is spectacular, but if I am somewhere that I need to hear background noise too, I switch it over to the transparency setting, great if someone starts talking to you.

I recently purchased the AirPod 2nd Gen and am thrilled with my experience. The earbuds fit perfectly, and the noise cancellation is impressive. Switching from music to phone calls is a breeze. Having owned every AirPod Apple released, I can confidently say the 2nd Gen stands out as the best. I even gifted them to friends and family for Christmas, and they share my enthusiasm.

I bought them because I havent found the right noise canceling ear buds for me, these are much better than others I’ve tried but noise still comes through. Dont get me wrong, it blocks a majority pf the noise but not all, maybe im just too picky. Like all airpods they connect between devices without frustration and the sound quality is great!

The noise cancellation feature is great. And super easy to connect to my Apple devices.

Luv this AirPods Pro 2. It’s so good in my ears. The sound is amazing and along with noise cancelling none more I could ask. When it’s switch to adaptive you will hear the music more crisp and you can also use it as a hearing aid. Way too cool.

Love the earbuds.Sound quality is outstanding and the noise cancelling feature is a must. Battery life has improved over older earbuds. you can't go wrong with Apple.

Really happy with these. The regular AirPods always fall out of my ears but the pro fits great and never falls out. Great audio.

Love my new AirPod pro 2. I really like the extra features, especially now that the case has a ring chime for when they are misplace. Battery life and connectivity are also superior to the Gen 1 iPod pros. Best Buy and Apple customer support is also one of the best which is why I continue shop with them. Being able to get in touch with a live representative without having to go through a string of automated prompts, this day in age is so refreshing.

Great Airpods! These are comfortable, easy to store and has the noise cancelling feature which is very convenient when in loud areas.

[Employee of bestbuy] I've never owned Apple Aiprods. I must say I was impressed with the sound quality when I set these up and started using them. I now own 14 sets of earphones. Mostly high-end (Sennheiser, Bowers and Wilkens, Bose, Sony, Beats, etc.). I have a lot to compare against. I thought I may use them for the amplification feature, but it turns out I don't need to (yet). I love to listen to music, and these sound great. I may need to utilize the amplification eventually. It is like having an extra tool in my tool belt!

Amazing headphones they fits so well they help me study. Cancel out noise cancellation.

They work great. I use them for 4-6 hours a day and switch between my phone and computer seamlessly. The audio and microphone work exceptionally well.

I really enjoy the noise canceling feature! And the battery lasts so long that I don’t have to worry about constantly charging them. The only complaint I have is sometimes the earbud can be uncomfortable, but that may just be a me thing. I’ve already gone down to the smallest earbud (they come with three different sizes) and I sometimes still find them uncomfortable. Other than that, these are great! Love the sound they provide!
