I went in the store at one location to do a price match and I was told that at their location the manager has put a hold on price match. I called another location and the lady did my order over the phone along with the price match. It’s sad how you have to go to different locations to get something done and it’s your policy. I am really grateful for the customer service that the lady provided me. I went to the other location to pick up my item with ease. My husband is very satisfied with his new AirPods.

The pods work great and they are magnetic so will stick to certain surfaces which is also great

Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. The earbuds didn’t come with the original box, and missing the medium tips. I contacted the customer service. They can send me the replacement or go to the store to ask for the accessories. However, the small tips fit my ears. I didn’t go to the store. AirPods Pro itself is pretty nice!

I have always used cheaper ear buds, and decided to purchase the AirPods Pro 2 to see what the hype is, and I will say they do not disappoint.

Work better than I thought. I bought an accessory that helps keep them in my ear. I think Apple needs to redesign these a little to help with that. Charging is quick, sound is good, 3 sound dampening modes are nice.

One of the best wireless earbuds period! They put out a great sound with more bass than I had expected. The spatial sound is so cool! It's like surround sound in your ears! Definitely premium earbuds with premium sound. I use them on all of my Apple products as well as on my desktop for all of my meetings at work.

Went from the original Air Pods Pro to this and the difference is quite remarkable. The new noise cancellation is fantastic, and now you can also see battery levels all the time. Bonus points for not changing the case size, so it’s possible to continue to use an existing case.

Love these! The regular airpods do not fit well in my ears but the multiple ear tip sizes fit well in my ears
