My ears are weird

I purchased these for 2 reasons, one easy phone calls, secondly as hearing enhancers. My major problem is the fit. I’ve tried all the plugs they still fall out. I told the sales rep and his response was to go to amazon and get the custom fit ones. I think they work great and do what they’re supposed to do except the fit. Just be aware not all ears are the same
