Was skeptical till I used them once.

After I used them one time I was impressed, I am around noisy trucks and refrigerator (trucker lingo is inappropriate) trailers running and I can hear my driver's crystal clear, and they can hear me. I am impressed, the music and movie quality are top notch, sounds like I'm there and I can hear everything. 100 percent recommend, Love them!

I use them for personal and work. I connect seamlessly to Teams and then easily back to my iPhone. I would definitely try on each tip to see which fits better. That is key for quality and comfort.

Forgot to take them out of my pocket before washing my pants, forgot to take them out of my ears before jumping in the pool, dropped one and stepped on it. They make it easy to swap them out if you break them. Just pay the $29 deductible if you have AppleCare and you’re all set for the next pair.

There aren't many noticeable differences from the first gen, but it does sound smoother (better bass and lows) than the first ones. Great for work calls, working in the yard, etc.
